Nice location and great amenities. Restaurant food was very good, amd the bar and the bar service were top notch!

The staff was excellent. JoAnne, the receptionist, was excellent and very helpful. Hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. Excellent views of the ocean. Highly recommend this location and great value for the price. Short walk to the ocean. Hot tub was working and perfect!!

This has been one of the cleanest Holiday Inns I have stayed at. The staff was extremely helpful and recognized me as a Priority Club Member when I checked in. It is minutes from the beach as well as major highways. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel is nice and clean.
The staff is friendly and really helpful.
Between the amenities of the hotel there are an hot tub and pool which are perfect for some quiet time.

BY FAR THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN OCEANSIDE. EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH AND HARBOR. THEY HAVE A NICE RESTAURANT AND EMILY THE SERVER IS FANTASTIC.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We stayed here for 8 days, coming here to see our son graduate from Field Medic Training at Camp Pendleton and visit the area. The staff was always very helpful and courteous. We had a room with 2 queen beds that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff allowed our son to stay with us for two nights before he had to report back. He enjoyed the chance to sleep there and use the WiFi to connect with his friends. He just wanted a chance to rest and hardly wanted to leave. In saying that the food was average, I will say that it was much better than some of the places that we ate during our visit. The convenience playing a big part when we were tired and the staff made it more enjoyable. Thank you so much for a memorable visit to the area. We will most probably be back while our son is in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Geoffrey and staff go out of their way to provide excellent service. My issue was the 'dining room'. I think that i'd enjoy a nice breakfast in the DR, but they offer a 'buffet' that is essentially the low-grade breakfast food from Holiday Inn Express, but one pays for it. We opted to order off the menu. The food took a VERY long time to be served, and was below average. The TV at the table was a saving grace. To compare, we ate at Harbor Cafe two mornings in a row, and had a fantastic breakfast both times.
One very strange thing was the ineptitude of the bar/lounge staff to use the cash register/micros system. Puzzling. It took a young lady literally 3-4 minutes to ring up one small transaction. No joke.

I returned back as a customer and took friends from Korea. They had a wonderful place! I was with family and had the King Suite and enjoyed it very much.
Loved having the small little restaurant downstairs!!
Loved the fruit at the check in counter! We ate several oranges!!

I had to help my friends pack a box to take to Korea and the staff even helped me find an old box to use!! Now that's above and beyond!!
