I want to thank Angelica and her staff at Oceanside for their great customer service. I had never used the Holiday Inn brand for hotel stays. I was scouting for a hotel that was in a great location and would be affordable to have company come when they come from out of town to visit. I went to the staff here at Oceanside and asked some questions about the hotel and rooms and they took time out of their schedule to show the room and tell me about their property. I then went around and looked at several other properties and then returned to them for the night and spent the night. I informed them that due to their great customer service, that I had returned to them to rent that night ( i hadn't even planned on that) and that i would be back with friends at another time!! It is very understandable as to how they earned their customer service award!

Our three nights here were a great start to a driving vacation of Southern California. Comfortable quiet rooms. We appreciated the larger fridge in the room for snacks and drinks. Within easy walking distance of the beach.

I have truely enjoyed my stay and will be returning to the area and plan on staying at the Holiday Inn Oceanside Marina. Geoffry and his people are great. Friendly, polite, and accomodating.

I travel frequently to many parts of the country. The Staff there always greets me by name and is very friendly.
I stay there every time I'm Oceanside CA and recommend it to my friends and coworkers.

We spent a few days there on our family vacation. We loved every minute of it. On the last day we were there, one of our children came down with stomach flu...they hotel staff went out of their way to help us...most importantly allowing us to stay way past the check out time so that our daughter would not have to travel until we were ready to head to the airport. Thanks! We definitely hope to stay there again soon!

this has now become a problem because, the last three times i have stayed there I have been put in a Handicap room. Not sure if this is in my profile, but I don't like it. Whenever they want to upgrade you, they are happy to announce that they are upgrading you, but why can't they tell you at the counter that what is available is a Handicap room, you don't find that out until you get to your room. The main reason I have a problem with this is my spouse is Disabled and if these rooms are given to people without disabilities where do the disabled stay? I am a club member, guess that is not something to consider.

I usually do not fill these out. However, this is the friendliest, most courteous, honest hotel I have stayed at for a long time. The staff is excellent. The facility is excellent. It was all good! The room was fresh and clean. I left a couple items in the room and called to check if they had found them. They were already startring to box them up to send to my house. Everything accounted for.

We had the loveliest vacation EVER for three days and it was just perfect. Even the hotel restaurant had excellent fish dishes (just as good as in the harbour) and great, huge (I guess everything in the US is big) breakfast options. Wonderful, dedicated, staff! They were so nice and sweet. We thought we´d miss our Pacific Surfliner to San Diego but they told us about Coaster, which was much cheaper - and just as good.
The room was clean and nice. Nothing to complain. Nothing at all! Keep up the good work! I wish I could come again.

I chose this hotel simply because I did not want to stay in the immediate San Diego area because their hotels are worn out, dirty & over priced! This is a great place to stay. It's within walking distance to the beach and fantastic restaurants (we never had to wait for a table & there were 9 in our party). The rooms are very large and comfortable. We ate breakfast everyday in the restaurant and the food was fantastic! I was even pleasently surprised that "kids eat free" here. It made breakfast super affordable and the portions were huge. Parking was always easy & close to the front door. I would definetly stay here again when visiting the San Diego area. We didn''t mind driving the extra 30 miles to get to our entertainment for the day.

Staff is friendly and rooms are modern and clean. Some have partial ocean views. Easy to get around downtown Oceanside as well as Pendleton.
Check in and Check out were easy and quick, They honored my status and were able to upgrade my room.
I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed when visiting family in Carlsbad. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming - seemed like they all have fun working there. Surprised by the location - just a few minutes to walk into the harbor and to the beach. Will be back for sure.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was great!. Areil was wonderful. She welcomed us and was always helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the food was good. A short walk to the beach too!

After a long search in the internet we choose to stay in the Holiday Inn Marina Oceanside. This hotel is very nice and the price is ok. Only 15 minutes and we wre at the beach or in the citycenter.
We enjoy our stay and will be back if we are in this area again.

So glad we chose this hotel over the many others out there. Super clean. Nice decor. Very friendly staff. Manager, Geffory greeted us & made my daughter & I feel special. I would go here again when in the area. A deal for what you are getting.

We had a wonderful time at this Holiday Inn on our summer trip to Legoland. It was a 5 minute drive to Legoland, the room was spacious and modern. Restaurant was decent and who can beat kids eat free! Would definitely return! Only downside was location and size of the swimming pool. Great two day stay.
