On my last visit, I left my computer cord in my room when I checked out. I have contacted the property numerous times, & even contacted the IHG corp. email address to ask for assistance. I was assured that the management would contact me about my cord. This was almost 2 weeks ago, & I have yet to hear from anyone. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable, & I will not be staying at this location again. There are too many other choices in the area to stay somewhere where they don't respect their guests. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay, clean, great service, good food. Overall comfortable stay, clean, great service, good food downstairs in dining area. The only negative i had with the room was that the shower did not drain well so shower was not a great experience. Also, there was a blinking light from a fire alarm or something in the room over the bed (battery going out maybe) and this made it a bit more difficult to sleep. Overall I'd come back. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pillows could have bee more comfortable. Everything was great, except for the pillows. AND the frig didn't have a freezer section in it so we couldn't refreeze our ice pack. Because of that, I didn't think the drinks stayed as cold as I like. March 20, 2015
