Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by easy access to local businesses I had a business conference at this Hotel so stayed the night before. It was easy to get around the area, which I appreciated. Meeting area was easily accessible. I checked in, dropped off my things, then ran some errands and ate a late dinner. When I got to my room to settle in, I discovered the TV did not work. Since it was after 10:00, I decided to live without it. Next morning, no Regular Coffee in the room, only Decaf. The coffee maker malfunctioned and NONE of it went in the pot. All over the counter. The room seemed like it had not been used in awhile and needed checked closely. A light bulb was out in the bathroom. Debris on the floor that should have been caught with a vacuum sweeper. Just below my expectations. When I wrote it al down and handed it to the very nice clerk at the Front Desk at checkout, she kindly said they would have it checked out and thanked me. But not an offer of any kind to make up for the inconveniences. Holiday Inn Express will be my choice in the future. May 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice overall very nice hotel- i love kelly at the front desk she is so personable and friendly knows me the next moring as i check out she really brings the place home. could have used more tp than just the 1/2 roll but it did the job. they were prepared for the on coming storm and told me what to expect and how to use the emergancy exit and where to go should the tornado finaly hit. they were prepared May 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ready for anything during my stay the weather had become dangerous with storms and possible tornado. upon checking in the staff explained to me the possiblity of tornado and the proceedure of where to go and who would notifiy me should i need to go to a shelter. i felt very secure in the fact that they were ready and knollegable to what needed to be done.
