Short stay. Great value. close to Quail Springs mall. Point redemption was only 5000 points. Very good deal and very nice stay. Room walls may be a bit thin but very nice overall.

Good nights rest at a very clean hotel. Room was like new and very clean and well supplied with bathroom items. Staff was very helpful at both check-in and checkout.

I have been staying at this hotel since they opened it 4 years ago. Very nice hotel and staff. Always friendly and very helpful. The ONLY issue I had this stay is the waitress for the morning breakfast needs to lose her cell phone while working and pay attention to the customers instead of texting. Other than that, it is always a nice play to stay.

I really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and beds.
The comp breakfast was good. Nice and friendly staff.
However, during check out, my credit card was charged for an additional night in error. This did not reflect well and was very disappointed. This basically made a great stay turn bad. But overall, stay was good.

We actually book several rooms for a wedding party. The frond desk personal were friendly and nice, but there was a lot of confusion and communication problems during our stay. One room that was booked for two nights had the card keys turned off the second day, confusion again! We booked these rooms several weeks in advance and had individual confirmation numbers, but it was like starting over when we got there. Pool closed for cleaning and it was fine the first night ,but dirty the next day. Maintenance seemed lacking overall.
