Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, comfortable beds and tons of fluffy pillows!!! Our room could not have been cleaner or more comfortable. Love that there is a mini-fridge in every room also. Slight problem accessing internet but was corrected promptly by specialists. Would definitely stay again. Close to many, many eateries and minutes from Quail Springs Mall. October 29, 2014

We recommended the hotel based on our first visit during which we were pleased with the quality of the rooms/breakfast and staff. Our second visit was due to a family death/funeral. It was raining very hard the morning we left for the funeral. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful to all members of our party, assisting us with getting cars and getting to October 23, 2014

Our room and bathroom were very clean (and that is - by far - the most important thing to me when evaluating a hotel), and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but it was manageable. Also, all of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also in a good location with a lot of restaurants close by. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in the Oklahoma City area. October 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Comfortable and Nice hotel to stay at! I have been staying at this hotel since they opened it 4 years ago. Very nice hotel and staff. Always friendly and very helpful. The ONLY issue I had this stay is the waitress for the morning breakfast needs to lose her cell phone while working and pay attention to the customers instead of texting. Other than that, it is always a nice play to stay. October 13, 2014

However, during check out, my credit card was charged for an additional night in error. This did not reflect well and was very disappointed. This basically made a great stay turn bad. The frond desk personal were friendly and nice, but there was a lot of confusion and communication problems during our stay. One room that was booked for two nights had the card keys turned off the second day, confusion again! We booked these rooms several weeks in advance and had individual confirmation numbers, but it was like starting over when we got there. Pool closed for cleaning and it was fine the first night ,but dirty the next day. Maintenance seemed lacking overall. October 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by really nice hotel I found the hotel to be very nice, clean, and comfortable. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood too. When we got to the hotel Robin was at the front desk and she was really nice and very helpful. All in all our stay was really nice and I also want to mention the great staff in the restaurant. The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was driving in Oklahoma City, for some reason the roads there confuse me but, that has nothing with the hotel. September 23, 2014

The staff at this hotel is what every property should strive for! Christian and Darren remembered me as a returning guest, making me feel extremely welcome and like I had friends on my side in the instance any issues occurred. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautifully Spacious Rooms in NW OKC Upon arrival at the Holiday Inn OKC North-Quail Springs I was taken back by the quality of the lobby. It was clean with a high-end feel. While checking in, the staff encountered a few issues with my reservation and room assignment, but Darren and Christian quickly sorted them out and had me on my way to my room. The separate bedroom layout made it easy to relax and work without invading my sleeping space. The weather during my visit was very hot and humid, so the very efficient A/C in the room was a life saver! This hotel is located near numerous restaurants within walking distance, and also included a restaurant and lounge in the lobby area. My only point of contention with this property is the staircases from the upper floors lead directly outside, offering no direct access to the lobby. I usually like to use the stairs, as opposed to always using the elevator, but this is a minor issue that will not affect me staying at here in the future. August 25, 2014
