It was a very busy weekend in OKC and I had a hard time finding a hotel. I generally prefer to stay at Holiday Inn when I can but everything was full. The staff of this Holiday Inn worked to find a room that would accommodate my needs. Thanks

We were assigned this hotel by a sports tournament. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns in the past and have been satisfied. When my family arrived at the facility it appeared nice, clean and fairly new. We checked in with no problems. We went to our first room and as soon as we opened the door it smelled and there was a blower drying the carpet. We called the front desk and they had us come down to get key for new room. We got key for second room; the second room was a king not a suite so we went back to lobby for third room change. (Note my husband is pushing cart with luggage for five to each room.) we arrive at the third room and there is a maintenance man in there (who was by the way very pleasant) and he said I told them this room is not ready. This room also was wet like room #1. We get a fourth room. My husband is furious no one at hotel seems to care one bit. We would have gone to a different hotel but most were booked due to tournament involving >10 states and the team is supposed to stay together. So we head to fourth room and guess what it too has soaked carpet in bedroom. So now we call someone from front desk to come to us this time. A young guy comes up and brings a key for room number 5. NOT one time through all of this was an "I'm sorry" or "sorry for the inconvience" nothing! The fifth room had a full trash can but we did not even mention at this point and appeared fairly clean otherwise. Several others in our group had similar problems. We seemed to be a bother instead of a customer.
Breakfast was included in our rate. Due to the size of our group they did not want us eating in the restaurant and set up a conference for breakfast. The two good things about breakfast were the coffee and an employee named Sondra. The breakfast was nothing more than a continental breakfast. This was completely inadequate for athletes playing 90min soccer games. We ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere everyday after that first day (I did get coffee each morning). We were asked to leave the lobby area in the evening. We were allowed to gather on the patio. We travel frequently with these teams. We always do team dinners. The first night we did have it in the conference room We could not use the conference thereafter (I am not sure why but it may have been used by someone else). We wanted to set up dinner on the patio but the hotel said there would be a $5 per person charge for that (with us buying the food?) the story really goes on and on abut everyday there was a new issue. From notes on breakfast room door or being reprimanded and told we were the worst group! I was always taught the customer is always right and to go out of the way for the customer but no one but Sondra and maintenance man got that message at this location. I feel certain this Holiday Inn caused several families to turn away from Holiday Inns in general. As I said these are traveling teams. We had four teams from our club there which equates to approximately 60 families.

WiFi was not working. Breakfast buffet was not all that good and service seemed disorganized. On the bright side, the room was clean and comfortable, nice bed. Will stay there again.

Checked in, walked in to our room, the floor was all wet. The hallway smelled like mildew. I've been coughing and sick ever since.
When I complained about the floors terrible smell the front desk attendant kind of blew me off and didn't seem concerned.
It was the worst experience I've ever had and I will not be staying with holiday inn ever again as they did nothing to fix my anger.
Corporate should be ashamed!

WE stayed 6 nights, and are rewards members, but were never addressed as such. When I asked to extend my stay one night, Angela said absolutely not, becuase they were full. The next morning before checking out to go to another hotel I was told that I could stay.
Front desk staff not friendly or helpful, but room great!

First off I never received my email confirmation that I requested 2xs! I called back and requested it and the young man was rude! I spoke with manager and manager promised to email and I STILL never received it.
When I arrived I requested to be booked under the baseball league that my brother owned. He said ok. Looked up their info and cc info. Said all was fine. Following day my mother looked on cc and it was on hers. Since we booked under priority club beginning of may her cc number was on file and the young man charged it w/out asking for my id nor my mothers who was standing there. Nor did he ask for payment verification. I spoke again with the same young man and he attempted to correct me and tell me that it was not his fault! I asked for manager, he put me on hold and when he came back said she was not in and there's nothing he could do!
Breakfast was a joke! Kids are free and we had free passes. Staff was rude. First day silverware, 2nd plastic lol! They had soda machine but wanted you to pay for OJ. Different foods everyday. It was not good.
I'm also a competitive dance Mom and we stay in Holiday Inn Express all the time and LOVE it!!!! Just not impressed with this one!

Was in Edmond for nephews HS graduation. Spent 2 nights. The king suite was wonderful. My wife commented that it would have been nice if we could have spent a little more time enjoying the great room. We were on the go the whole weekend. That Saturday night the City of Edmond did experience power loss from around 10pm til 230 am. We arrived back to the hotel that evening to find there was no power. The hotel staff did the best they could under the conditions to get us back into our room and we had a great sleep going on until the lights came back on and woke us up. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area. We did not use the pool or restaurant.

I typically drive or fly in early enough to spend some time prepping for and dressing foer meetings...4 pm as a check in does not help my cause...
your competitors are more accomadationg and have gotten my business more times based on this

Room was comfortable and maid service was good, however the people in the room above us stayed up until 3:00 am every night running around making alot of noise.
Breakfast service was the worst I have ever seen, bring your own or go elsewhere.

The front desk staff, were not friendly upon checking in!! No smiles, how are you, NOTHING...Gave me a key to the wrong room, which was occupied. My room was clean and comfortable.
I had to point our all of the cigarette butts out front on the drive and entrance.
At the bar the service was pitiful. The bartender and backup were on vacation. A waiter had to fill in, but was limited in service.
Breakfast the next morning, sat a t a booth, the overhead light was out, asked the one waiter to turn the light on and was told the light bulb was on order??? Lowe's and Home Depot have lights. One of the booths was being used as a place to wrap silverware.
The manager of this property needs to watch Hotels Impossible on the Travel channel. That show is making us an educated customer as to what proper service should be.

The facilities were excellent. Well kept, clean, great place to spend the weekend. I can't say enough about the staff. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly, engaging, and very helpful. This location is definitely on my list of places to stay again.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Quail Springs Holiday Inn. We stayed in a nice, large 1 bedroom suite. There are many restaurants and the Quail Springs Mall with AMC theatre all nearby. We will stay here again. The only con was no free breakfast.

I've stayed here before with no problems, but on my last stay at 1:15AM there were several people returning to their room next door. They were very loud. After they didn't settle down, we called the desk and someone came up. After a few minutes the noise level went up again. We tried to sleep, but couldn't. At 3:00 we called the desk again and someone came up again. It got quiet, but as soon as they were gone the loud talk started again and finally ended around 3:30. I was told the next morning that if it hadn't been quiet 30 minutes after our 2nd call, our room would have been charged to the "loud" room - and oh, magically, the front desk person made her 3rd check of the room right after it calmed down. My reservation was messed up from the beginning as four adults were put in a King and a hide-a-bed when I had requested two queens. So I paid for a room I didn't want and got about 3 hours rest. I have traveled with business and stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst experience ever!

Goos value and location. Was surprised there wasn't free continental breakfast, but I should have read about the hotel better.
The swimming pool was COLD, kids very disappointed. Couldn't stay in very long.
Excercise equipment needs attention.
Staff was very good, room was big and clean.

I have stayed here several times and each times replicates the previous. Staff is helpful, freindly, and willing to go the extra mile. I live on the road and can honestly say the beds are comfy and the buidling is quite. Location is great and you can get to any part of OKC in a short time. Will stay here again

I have stayed at this motel before on numerous occasions and was very impressed but on the 14th of January I had a dramatic change of appinion,dirty elevators,individual throwing up in the elevator as i was checking,people laying all across the hallways ,had to step over to get to the elevator,.This motel has in the past made me feel comfortable ,I felt unsafe in my room.

Recently stopped in here on a cross country drive and had a great stay for a very affordable price. The hotel is a little hidden but can be found with a little effort. The room was huge and clean with 2 flat screens and a huge comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of fruit and TV's at each booth to watch the morning news. The hotel is located near a toll road which makes it a little difficult to get to. It's worth the drive for this clean, quiet, modern hotel.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that we did not like was a tray of dishes that were left on the hallway floor two rooms down from us. They were there when we checked in and they were still there when we checked out. The rest of the Hotel seemed very clean. We will stay at this Hotel every time we stay in Oklahoma City.
