Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Top to Bottom Customer Service From the Manager asking me how my breakfast and stay was to the breakfast and cleaning staff making sure I was taken care of the entire staff cared about customer service. I thought the breakfast hours ended at 10:00am. I was politely reminded it ended at 9:30am when I arrived at 9:38am. They still served me breakfast and made fresh iced tea for me. I was working nights and slept until noon. The cleaning staff made sure my room was cleaned after noon. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming to the hotel. June 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service I called to request an early check in due to an early flight arrival. The front desk attendant was wonderful every time I spoke with her. When I arrived she remembered me and my room was ready for early check in so I could drop off my luggage and hit the road to get busy working. It seems anymore that hotel staff are easily annoyed and act"put out" when their routine is interrupted. It was refreshing to not have to deal with that attitude at this hotel. June 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by QA Needed For the price of the room, QA needs to be looked at in the rooms. Wall plates missing, thermostats not working or not connected to AC units. Shower racks falling off the wall. Broken ground plugs in wall sockets!!!! Attention to detail really needs to be taken into these rooms. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Need the management team to focus on room details. Last stay none of the outlets in the lamps worked. This is not just one bad room it that no one checks what works. June 21, 2015

Most do not speak English and get hostile when an English speaking rep is requested. I have, therefore, not stayed at Holiday Inns for than a year. I stayed in Oklahoma at the Airport Holiday this trip because we had a relative in the hospital and needed a room. I made the reservation on line, but could not use my points. I am just dissatisfied with the entire IHG experience. June 17, 2015
