Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 House Keeping Service The housekeeping service at this hotel was unacceptable.\ They hire temporaries and they don't know how to clean a room Not only that,, we felt at risk because of one girl in particular was asking us if we are leaving the hotel when she saw us exiting from our room. This is a red flag and we thought that because she knew we were leaving it was a possibility that she would come into our room without our being there. We have been Holiday Inn Priority Club Members for years and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Won't stay at this location any more. The elevator was not vacuumed for over a week. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nasty Won't be going back there again. Nasty. Dirty children's socks in the closet, leaves and trash on the floor, dust and grit on the furniture when I arrived. Why did I not contact the hotel management? Well I did by way of IHG. Why would I contact the local manager that allows such poor performance from his/her employees??? By the way, the dirty bath towels were still on the bathroom floor at 1830 and no replacements and my 4 year-old daughter made a better bed than what was provided. I do have a choice and for the price I paid for a night for this kind of service IHG is losing the fight. November 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and clean updated rooms Great hotel for a night's stop in between business trips. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is your average Holiday Inn buffet... they did have the option of getting an egg breakfast cooked to order rather than the buffet...we will probably choose this option next time. Anyway, we don't stay in a hotel expecting a great meal., just hot coffee and a comfortable bed. This one will do just fine! November 5, 2014
