We spent several hours in the pool relaxing and when we turned in for the night the beds were comfortable and we slept very well. April 20, 2016

Coffee provided in room, but do not provide the tray for coffee maker to make the coffee, kind of inconvenient in the morning when front desk said I had to come down to get the missing piece. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by What a mess! I had a terrible time when dealing with this facility. I booked online three days before checking in. I arrived at 6:30pm to check in and checked in as normal, then went up and to look at the room and they had me in the wrong room. We booked a suite and they put us in a room with two double beds. I then went back down to the check-in desk to advise of the situation and they proceeded to tell me that my room was given away. They also told me that another person had booked the same room online like I did, and we were both out the room because the online booking wasn't working properly and they gave the room to someone who just came in the hotel that day. They also advised me that they had no more suites available because they were completely booked. I asked why they didn't bother to tell me that I wasn't getting the room I had booked BEFORE they charged my card or why they never bothered to call to let me know before I got there however, they would not give me an answer. They took the charge off my card but there was still a hold on it because it was swiped. The manager on duty said they would be happy to talk to my bank if I called them to let them know what was going on, and she did. She then agreed to send a fax to my bank to have that hold lifted right away, she sent the fax but neglected to send it with a coversheet from their company so my bank could not accept it. I had to call the hotel back and had another employee help me and send the fax again, this time with a coversheet... As you may have guessed, we did not end up staying at this hotel due to the lack of honesty from the employees including the manager. I think if the website is not working for making reservations, something needs to be done about it and they should at least tell people who are checking in if they are getting the room they thought they had booked, if not call them after check-in time and give them a heads-up.... I asked them for a number for their corporate office, and they failed to provide me with that number as well.... Very displeased with this hotel. March 28, 2016
