Front desk staff not very attentative after normal business hours and during this stay the front desk clerk was never at the counter i had to wait till she seen me from the bar area and then when she finally did see me she made her way over to help. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome room service, very accommodating hotel Very good value for the price. Perfectly cleaned, spacious rooms. Parking lot is huge and well lit. The street it's on is much quieter than other places in the area, I couldn't hear any traffic noise. It has a restaurant and a bar. I ordered room service (southwestern omelet) and it was fantasticcc! The woman who took care of my order was very friendly and helpful. The staff in general is very nice, I actually slept about an hour past checkout time (due to an exhausting business schedule) and woke up in total panic but the front desk was incredibly nice about it. Only disappointment was breakfast was not included, which we were unaware of until the first morning. Food was not worth the price, there was a selection available but tasted very bland.. The staff at the hotel were great, any question or need for assistance was meet with a smile and willingness to help.However the fitness area was terrible, the tread mills were in poor working order and there were no weights or weight machines to use. I do not expect Gold’s Gym but I do travel quite a bit and it is nice to have a facility that I can use the tread mills and some sort of weights to keep fit. September 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Stay! I have stayed at tons of hotels and this stay was one of the best. I messed up my reservation and put it for the wrong night and didn't realize it. The front desk lady was very nice about it and still made sure we had the room we booked for that night. It was very clean and comfortable from the time we walked in. Very pleased and will be booking this hotel in our future visits to OKC. September 2, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Strange Lingering Odor The hotel lobby, elevators, and room were not very clean. The carpets looked dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed. The room had a lingering odor and I was unable to determine the "source" of the odor. Tried to even mask it with an opened coffee package and a cut up apple (usually tried and true tricks for odor!). Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OKC Holiday Inn Airport The Holiday Inn Airport OKC is very convenient if you are flying in or our of OKC, The facility itself is in good condition. The exceptions were the business center computer was broken, the treadmills were in bad shape and the service at the restaurant was very slow due to be understaffed. Overall, it is a decent value for the money but improvements need to be made to keep pace with the other local hotels. August 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable We had a reservation at a nearby hotel that was made by a family member. After checking into the room, i discovered some type of larvae on the top sheet. We immediately check out of the bug hotel!! There was some type of convention going on and all other hotels were booked. I happened to look up and see the lovely green" H", which reminded me that I was a rewards member. I called the 800 number were the agent told me there was 1 room left, and proceeded to quickly reserve it for us! Although it was a little more than I had budgeted, it was well worth the extra $$ to insure that I would have a clean and comfortable place to lay my head even if for only a few hours. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NICE BUT NO HOT WATER My room was nice and clean. The amenities were as expected from Holiday Inn. The problem I had was getting up at 4:30 AM to take a 6:00 AM flight was even after letting the water run for 20+ minutes in the tub and sink it was still not warm, so I had to take a cold shower (refreshing) but not what I was really looking for. When I commented about it on the way out the door to the desk clerk they seemed totally unconcerned. C'est la vie probably won't stay there again. July 2, 2014
