I always stay at this Holiday Inn when in the OKC Area.
The property is clean, convenient and comfortable.

This is by far the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed at. When I got to my room the fridge was not working. They changed that out. When I took a shower Monday night I had no hot water. I called down to the front desk and they said someone would look at it. When I left for the day on Tuesday I reminded the front desk to have someone look at the shower. When I got back Tuesday night I asked the desk clerk if it had been repaired. He did not know. He did offer to move me but he had trouble finding a room. As a result I did not get a chance to move. The room was dusty. Dust was thick on the base of the lamps and the TV stand. The back of the door looked like someone tried to paint a section of it. Overall a very disappointing stay. To make sure none of my co workers stay there when they go to OKC for business I have entered my comments in our travel book. Also, I am a Priority Club member and they could have cared less.

Holiday Inn Hotels seem to be pretty even across the board where ever you stay. Decent value for your stay.

I didn't have time for breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but just needed to fill my travel mug with coffee. Most HI's have a complimentary dispenser in the lobby, but this one didn't . When I asked a waiter if I could just get a cup of coffee, he asked if I was eating breakfast. When I said no, I just wanted a to-go cup of coffee, he asked to for $2. It's a very minor and insignificant thing, but he was very condescending. I will not stay at this property again.

I have stayed at many airport hotels near the airport and this one is very good. It is new and that helps. This is the 3rd time I have stayed there and like it better than most of the others. The staff is okay and the bus from the airport did not take too long.

Front desk staff was wonderful as usual. Bar staff on the other hand should not be able to serve food. No silverware when I sat down, the wings were filled with grease and didn't taste like buffalo wings. I was never asked if I would like to order something else. I then asked for what looks like a temporary menu to order something else and the bartender didn't even ask if the food was ok. Do not order the steak with mash potatoes. I stayed in room 307 and the toilet did not have the proper tank cover. I will not being staying at this property again just because of the fact I typically eat at the hotel.
Also, might want to do what every other hotel does and give points balance and welcome points or snack bag when we arrive.

ENJOYED MY STAY. THE STAFF WERE VERY CORDIAL AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND VERY NICE. ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. FRONT DESK HELPFUL AND ASSISTED ME WITH MY RESERVATION CHANGES AND NEEDS.
