I was able to rest adequately both nights. the only thing that got me by surprise was that the breakfast was not complimentary. it is a small detail but one that helps if the guest knows before hand. the food was great and adequate. I was the only guest in the dining for breakfast. one other lady had to leave her food when she was informed that breakfast was not complementary. June 26, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dissatisfied customer My reservation was wrong, several of the associates I was traveling with reservations were wrong. I was very frustrated left my business card with the front desk and asked for the manager to call me and they never did. The restaurant charged me differently for breakfast every day. When I tried to use the room service (at 8:15 pm) I was told it had closed and the bar had closed also even though the information provided in the room indicated it was open until 11 pm. When I asked how I could get some food the person who answered for room service told me they had no idea (they told me to complain to managment). The elevator was dirty during my entire stay I saw the maid using a broom to sweep the elevator but the floor was carpeted – frankly the carpet needed to be replaced. Each day I would go to get a bottle of water and some days they charged me and on other days they did not. June 9, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude service and unwilling to help The hotel appearance and all was acceptable, clean and what was expected as far as that goes. When checking in the crib we had been promised when making the reservation was not available, we were told that location didn't even have them. So, traveling with an 18 month old, planning on putting him in the crib we reserved with the room, and ended up not having a safe place to put him for the night. The staff was rude and unwilling to help in any way when we brought this up to them. I was very frustrated and would have left had it not been so late and everything else full at the time. Very annoyed at the level of indifference from the staff. June 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hotel EVER.... Take my word that you do NOT want to stay here.... RUDE and INCOMPETENT staff all around! If they even show up for work. The guy bartender was late and left early and was as friendly as a tree stump! No one showed up to prepare dinner so we couldn't even eat. It was dirty and no one seemed to care... STAY AWAY!!! The "one star" the computer gives is an overstatement! May 29, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service This property is in dire need of some professional hotel workers. Front desk could not give directions to a church. Totally unaware of what was going on that weekend in OKC. The bar was a joke. The bartender, although friendly had no clue what was going on regarding mixed drinks. Bar glassware is totally inadequate. Had dinner in the restaurant and ordered two glasses of wine. Wine was served in 1 stemmed glass and 1 waterglass. Bartender was also our waitress for dinner. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but ends there Stay in area for business. Did not recogize my status at front desk, just asked if I wanted points or bottle water. Was given key card for incorrect room, had to go back down to desk for new room number and new key. Room comfortable, internet connection very slow, Resturant food good. Bar ran out of favorite drink. Will look at my Hotel options when traveling in the OKC area again. April 21, 2014

Room not cleaned very well, appears previous guest had cheeto's and beans by the same left on carpet and couch. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Sleep Easy Since I travel a lot on business trip, the most important thing to me about a hotel is if I am able to relax and sleep well. Overall I am very pleased with my stay here and would recommend others to do so as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and it was in a great location near down town Oklahoma City. The only low point is in regards to the breakfast… and that it isn’t complimentary. March 24, 2014

Restaurant had limited food options and wanted to charge $2.00+ for a cup of coffee and the same for juice. Pool was cold. Should be heated a little for February and March. There were no kids running through the hallways being loud etc. for tired travelers it was great. It's not far from restaurants and easy to get to. I would recommend this hotel if you are needing to work or just relax. March 1, 2014

The room was clean and the bed comfortable with fine selection of TV channel options when time allowed for relaxation. The internet was generally strong and logging on each time I opened the computer was only slightly inconvenient. I enjoyed the easy chair and reading lamp. February 10, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service I had stayed at this hotel in the past, it was not too bad, I decided to try it again, I called to inquire as to a breakfast in the morning and was told yes to Priority members so I booked the room. Upon arrival and ck in I was told I had a choice between a free drink, 300 points or a bag, so I asked about the breakfast and was told they do not d it anymore. Went to my room and unpacked wanted to iron my shirts only to find out that there was no iron in the room, so I called the front desk and asked if I could get one, the desk person took my room number said sure it would be right up, well I never heard a thing for a couple of hours, so called back only to be told by another person they knew nothing of it, no note of me calling for one or anything, then was told probably tomorrow and it would be put in my room by housekeeping. Came back to room and guess what no iron, so to make a long story short I was told I would have to come to the front desk and go with someone to find one, so I did and I went with a man from the front desk to other rooms that were not occupied until he found one. On my last night there, my flight got cancelled until later the next day, so once again I called the front desk to ask for a late ck out, was told no problem cold stay in room till the latest 3pm, but to call in morning and let desk know just in case, so I do only to have the person tell me that 2pm would be the latest and any later I would get charged for another day. At 12:35 front dest calls and wants to know when I will be out they need the room cleaned, I said I was told 3 then 2 and now they want me out, so I left and will not go back to this property, nobody seemed to care at all about my stay....room was fine and was clean though.. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ONE Issue I received a breakfast boucher that stated it could be used for your buffet or the "best for value meal". In the morning, I was informed that it was ONLY good for the buffet, even though it stated otherwise. Apparently there was a disconnect between the hotel and restaruant management. My boucher was eventually honored, but only after an unconfortable situation for myself and the restaruant staff. Needless to say, the bouchers should be changed to reflect what it's actually offered. February 3, 2014

My bed was a little hard and I would have liked larger pillows but over all my room was very nice and I was satisfied with the service. Thanks you for making my stay very relaxing and I'll be back again! December 31, 2013
