It was restful to be far enough off the main highway to not be bothered by traffic noises. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with fine selection of TV channel options when time allowed for relaxation. The internet was generally strong and logging on each time I opened the computer was only slightly inconvenient. I enjoyed the easy chair and reading lamp.

I had stayed at this hotel in the past, it was not too bad, I decided to try it again, I called to inquire as to a breakfast in the morning and was told yes to Priority members so I booked the room. Upon arrival and ck in I was told I had a choice between a free drink, 300 points or a bag, so I asked about the breakfast and was told they do not d it anymore. Went to my room and unpacked wanted to iron my shirts only to find out that there was no iron in the room, so I called the front desk and asked if I could get one, the desk person took my room number said sure it would be right up, well I never heard a thing for a couple of hours, so called back only to be told by another person they knew nothing of it, no note of me calling for one or anything, then was told probably tomorrow and it would be put in my room by housekeeping. Came back to room and guess what no iron, so to make a long story short I was told I would have to come to the front desk and go with someone to find one, so I did and I went with a man from the front desk to other rooms that were not occupied until he found one. On my last night there, my flight got cancelled until later the next day, so once again I called the front desk to ask for a late ck out, was told no problem cold stay in room till the latest 3pm, but to call in morning and let desk know just in case, so I do only to have the person tell me that 2pm would be the latest and any later I would get charged for another day. At 12:35 front dest calls and wants to know when I will be out they need the room cleaned, I said I was told 3 then 2 and now they want me out, so I left and will not go back to this property, nobody seemed to care at all about my stay....room was fine and was clean though..

I received a breakfast boucher that stated it could be used for your buffet or the "best for value meal". In the morning, I was informed that it was ONLY good for the buffet, even though it stated otherwise. Apparently there was a disconnect between the hotel and restaruant management. My boucher was eventually honored, but only after an unconfortable situation for myself and the restaruant staff. Needless to say, the bouchers should be changed to reflect what it's actually offered.
