Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Excellent hotel a few minutes from all Downtown Omaha has to offer. I travel 50% of the time for business and am in hotels 3 nights/ week on average. This hotel was modern, clean, and convenient. The only drawback was that the restaurant/ bar was not open during my stay due to renovation. However, it was clearly posted when it will re-open and did not deter me from wanting to stay again. February 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Long elevator lines We were really disappointed in the amount of time we had to wait for the elevators with wet children in a cold lobby. We were more than willing to use the stairs, but the stairs were located outside! We couldn't go out there with our wet swim suits after the pool time. February 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Layout This hotel is new and lovely, but the parking lot is too small and the water park entrance is between the lobby entrance and check-in, consequently there is a high volume of peopel criss-crossing the lobby going to and from the pool. Apparently the walls are quite thin too, as I could clearly here the kids playing in nearby rooms, even over the sound of my TV and Hot Tub. Also the restaurant was under construction / renovation leaving no in-room dining options. February 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Renovation This hotel was being renovated and it would be have been nice to know that ahead of time...I would have chosen another IHG location in Omaha. It wasn't a horrible experience but you certainly expect better from IHG - the experience surrounding the construction could've been handled much, much better. I've seen and stayed at many places under renovation, but this was definitely a disorganized situation. That being said, the upgrades certainly look like this will be a great place to stay in the future. February 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet beautiful room I would recommend this hotel. The customer service at the front desk was great. The room included a fireplace and jacuzzi. The room was well decorated with a full size refrigerator. The hotel is close to the downtown-airport area. Parking is available in the rear of the hotel. February 18, 2015

I was disappointed that there weren't more food options. the elevator was extremely slow and the stairs closest to the elevators didn't lead to the main floor. February 18, 2015
