Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great people One of the best hotels around. The only negative is people smoking right outside the entrance, and outside some windows. The hall carpets could use a cleaning. Even with that, I would still stay here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. October 7, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected Rewards I've stayed at this property several time within the past year for business. Each visit has been uneventful. The bar serves decent food for the price. The rooms are adequate, but this property is DATED and needs updates. My unexpected reward was a used band-aid in my bed, used washcloth, soap, and hair in the tub. Even though I was only staying one more night, I requested new sheets and the room cleaned. The front desk lady was extremely concerned, but the house keeper was offended. I can only hope that my request was granted. I was also disappointed in not being recognized as a Platinum member. It seems small, but sometimes the little gestures of customer service mean a lot when I'm away from my family half of the year. I'll stay here again because I LOVE my points, but consider updating to get rid of the tired and old smell. October 6, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Experiance We always try and stay with Holiday Inn's when we travel. We stayed here 2 weeks prior and the room was great but the neighbors were pretty noisy until 1 am. We stayed again on our way back through and were placed at the back of the hotel with a crew of utility workers. The workers were quiet but our room was definitely below par; carpet and furniture was all stained up and looked to be that way for quite a while but the room was clean and the stay was good. It's just hard to be comfortable when the 'nasty stains' are looking back at you. September 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed, VERY Good Staff. Hotel staff was extremely competent and went out of their way to provide dining recommendations and directions. Room was smallish, and furnishings could use updating, but clean and comfortable. Price didn't include breakfast. But there was a hotel restaurant available, if you so desired. September 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DIRTY !!!!!!!!!!!! The hallway carpets look like a dirt bike track, filthy !!!!! I travel a lot and I've never seen carpets so bad. Not a big deal to us but the ice maker next to our room was not working. I will say our room was clean. September 23, 2015
