Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean but overpriced Clean hotel but a bit dated. Overpriced but you are in the Cooperstown area. Staff was friendly. No complimentary breakfast. Room A/C was intermittent. August 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by room furniture I had reserved a king, preferaby with a sofa bed, with an adjoining queen/queen room as we had family together. In confirming day before they stated it was not possible however with my assistance they stated they would make it work. They did oblige and only thng missing was the sofa bed and we could see marks on th carpet that furniture had been in that spot. We made it work,as for two of the 7 nights we had a child without a bed. We put two chairs together with the luggage stand between the chairs. Filling in with extra pillows and pillows from bed in second room, and assistance from housekeeping to get a sheet and comforter it worked. Carpet needed cleaning in the king room. August 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and nice open lawn for kids Nice hotel, less than half hour drive from Cooperstown. Our boys especially enjoyed big open lawn to play on. Highlight was outstanding service from employee Valerie A - our boys have food allergies which make traveling tough, but she went above and beyond to make sure that we found things the boys could enjoy. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Entire stay From the moment we walked in & were greeted by the desk clerk, till we left after having a great time at an anniversary party booked there, we had a positive time. The desk clerk (I'm afraid I have forgotten her name), was so pleasant and friendly, we almost felt like we were in someone's home. The room was lovely. If I had one thing to not be 100% about, it would be the mattress. It was not the most comfortable. Besides that, all was A1. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one. August 6, 2014
