Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by overall stay average rooms were comfortable, did not seem as clean as usual, need some updating always request connecting rooms, got them 1 out of 5 times chronic problem, restaurant staff is one waitress. she actually has to run to keep up. this was holiday weekend, busy breakfast. Same situation last 5 years bartender used scotch instead of whiskey and or wrong mixer, would not make new one, told me it is what I ordered October 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend stay in Oneonta Spend Saturday night at the hotel for a meeting on Sunday. Hotel was hosting a wedding. Guests from the wedding spend the night at the hotel. I was assured that they were on a different floor, but that was not the case. Guests were very load in the late hours and the person in the room next door had a loud phone argument at 3:40 AM! The result- not such a great sleep as I had hoped for. There is pretty much no isolation between rooms, where the A/C is located , cold air from the outside comes right in. October 22, 2014

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. It is certainly convenient to stay here when your going to an event also as you can relax and not worry about driving. October 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by If you have a choice, choose another hotel Our vehicle broke down on a Friday night just outside of Oneonta and the state trooper who courteously drove us into town took us to the Holiday Inn. The ride in the trooper’s vehicle was the best part of the evening. The hallways of this hotel smelled like wet carpet and smoke. The room rate was outrageous considering there was no continental breakfast, no hotel shuttle and without a vehicle, there were no restaurants within walking distance. The front desk could only recommend one restaurant that would deliver to the hotel. The room was desperately in need of an update and a deep cleaning. If we had had any other choice that night we would have gone somewhere else. We certainly won’t be back. October 22, 2014
