Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Customer Service poor Very nice hotel grounds, building, and rooms. Well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable! Unfortunately, the customer service during this stay was VERY poor. The check-in desk staff were not welcoming and acted like my being there was putting them out. I was bothering them by asking to check-in. The dining room hostess/waitress ignored me when I entered the restaurant. Finally, the bar tender welcomed me and I ate at the Bar. He was phenomenal - great conversationalist and worthy of a raise! If it were not for the poor staff interaction, I would recommend the hotel completely. Maybe your visit will have better staff to welcome and service you. February 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, but I thought you have wonderful beds, but the pillows are less to be desired. The pillows are too soft for my taste. I would have preferred of either foam pillows or pillows that were not feathered. Other than that, great service and value for my stay. February 15, 2015
