We loved the updated rooms and the comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly even through a minor hiccup with our reservation. They were friendly and quick to resolve the issue. I would certainly stay here again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the option to stay in my room and order room service or go down to the dining room. It was raining all weekend, so I did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub. I hope to on my next visit.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. We held a Celebration of Life there for one of my family who had passed away. From Kady in conference services, to Nick the Chef to Bryan and Griffin, we could not have had better service. They made an otherwise very difficult situation very easy. Everything was flawless. The entire staff of this hotel are fantastic. I work for an International hotel company, and I actually shared my experience with my corporate office as to the true meaning of service, which this hotel has down pat. I would highly recomment this hotel to anyone who wants fantastic service, wonderful accommodations and the most friendly staff. Thank you all for everything!

My stay started out a bit bumpy but the staff was able to work through it with me and the 2 1/2 weeks there was really nice! I especially enjoyed the hot tub outside....very relaxing. The downstairs restaurant needs some attention to detail, but they do try to serve your food promptly and cooked the way you asked. I would have to say that 50% of the time I ate there, there was an issue with either the delay in getting our food or the dish wasn't cooked to expectations. They did apologize and re-do it though.
All in all, a very good experience!

I stay in Jacksonville area for business and after coming across this hotel last year this is where I always stay now....Guest services are great and hotel is excellent...
