Noisy fan, otherwise a very nice room, great shower!
At 6'2", didn't have to duck under the shower head.
Didn't stay long enough to try the food, maybe next time.

Check in was great . The room very clean and beds very comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel and service and food was wonderful. We will stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel. On my list of favorites. A laid back area off the beaten path.
Front desk worker did not give us a special parking pass for platinum members but not a big deal. We got charged $25 on a points stay but it was automatic so we found out later. They removed the charge as we did not eat in the hotel.
Clean and very well kept.

The rooms were spacious. We had Internet access. They provided cookies at the desk. The meeting room was small but quite adequate for our needs. The only negative I felt was the lack of a bath tub. I heard a number of other guests comment on this. Also, the vaniety top did not reach to the wall on either side, which made it easy for tolietries to fall to the floor.

We arrived close to midnight and very tired, but the staff was very welcoming and courteous and had our reservation waiting at the counter. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

New Years Weekend visiting family. Excellent property. Spent time there a couple of years ago and service is still exceptional. Only sad fact is Sunday Brunch is no longer available (economy), but the Chef goes out of his way with meals, so still worth the effort. I spend a lot of time in Hotels, and the staff here is best I have seen.

This is the second time staying at this location. The level of attention to detail and cleanliness is very important to us and it has met our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and up to date. The staff is attentive and pleasant. We love the onsite lounge as it is relaxing to end the day with a beverage and not have to drive. I would suggest that the lounge be open an hour later on Friday and Saturdays. Both bar attendants have been very friendly and knowledgable. We would reccomend this location and will return. Thanks!

I was extremely pleased with the service and friendly people at every point of contact with the staff. Jose greeted me at the front desk with a wonderful smile. Laura at the bar was pleasant and gave great service to all. Mandy in the restauant did a beautiful job with making everything right at breakfast.
This is definitely one of the best Holiday Inns that I have stayed with and I stay requently in many cities! I will definitely stay at this property any time that I am in Jacksonville!

I had not planed an overnight stay when leaving home. Buy having a 2 hour drive at 1:00 am, I felt it necessary to not risk the drive and stay overnight. I only had the clothes on my back, therefore I needed toiletry items. The guest service staff were move than generious in helping me through this ordeal. Thank you so much for your help. I will stay again.

Nice room with comfortable beds & the staff was nice . The only thing I didn't like was, they only had showers not a tub and with a 2 year old that was a little bit of a problem. The location is great near the Mall and easy access to the highway

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Orange Park for the 2nd time, and we enjoy it. Staff are welcoming and helpful, room is lovely and it's a convient location for visiting our Aunt.
Just down the road from the mall, easy access to the freeway, but not noisy.

You place cards in the guest rooms requesting the guests help in saving water. The instructions state to place your towels on the floor if you want them replaced and to leave on hooks if you plan to re-use. So I place my towel and floor mat over the shower door and hooks but they are still taken away....I am confused. Hopefully, this was just an oversight as I really appreciate the opportunity to save water and energy.
It would be nice to have the bed side lamps placed higher so you could actually read in bed. Thanks.

We stay here frequently for work. The rooms are nice. Beds are super comfy and the bar/pool area is great. Can't really comment on the price as the company foots the bill.

I always have a great time at the Holiday Inn at Orange Park. I am always treated like a family member or a friend. Always greeted with a smile from check in until check out. The hotel restuarant is outstanding. The bar is awesome. This definitely one of the Best Holiday Inns in the world.
