Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay Everything at the hotel was great but they needed to have a little bit more staff. We used the Ballroom Saturday night and it was great and like the area outside to use for visiting. The food was excellent. Friday we used the bar/resturant area for a social get together and it was ok except for lack servers. October 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A mixed experience We made our reservation for 4 nights in August. When we checked in, we were given a room already occupied as of the previous night. When my room card didn't work, and the present occupant saw me in the hallway and asked "are you trying to get into my room?", we compared room cards. We were given another room on the other side of the hall which was next to the roof compressors which kept us awake until 3AM. The following morning I complained to the reception and was given an upgrade for the remaining 3 nights. Many thanks to Veronica at Reception. The final hiccup occurred when we went to our room for the 3rd night of our stay and found that the room card didn't work. After another trip downstairs to the reception, the card was updated and there were no further problems. Overall, despite the problems, I would stay in the hotel again, hoping that the hassles were out of the ordinary. October 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Expense! I realize this hotel was in the city proper. We chose it to get off the expressway due to excessive traffic. I was amazed at the price. During our 2 week vacation, the cost of this one night stay was more than TWICE the amount of any other hotel/motel we stayed at during our trip. Had I known the nightly price, I would have gone farther down the road and out of the city proper. That is my only real disappointment. October 12, 2014
