I've stayed here several times before but something has changed. I'm a platinum Priority Club member which only matters because I have LOTS of experience with Holiday Inns. Reception was not welcoming or helpful throughout our 3 night stay. The room had the sink outside the bathroom which was inconvenient but turns out is the set up for all rooms except the executive rooms (where I had always been before). It took three phone calls over 4 hours to get a luggage rack. We only had breakfast but the food was pretty tasteless and poorly prepared. This is also the only HI I have been to where the coffee is free but you have to pay for hot tea. We have family in the area but I'll be taking my business to Staybridge Inn and Suites in the future.

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Palmdale for the last two years. I have spent more time there, than my own place due to a large project in the area. I think of this place like home. Everyone from the front staff to the bar staff to the kitchen staff and even the room cleaning service have treated me with the greatest respect. I receive top notch service on each and every visit. They even take the time to make sure I have an end suite on each visit because I have been such a frequent visitor.

The staff was outstanding and couldn't have provided better service. I would however, recommend your partner hotel next store for weekend guests that are coming for weddings or special events as such. The hotel was filled with school age children for soccer tournaments and was very loud and busy with activity from them. We had come a long way and where hoping for a more enjoyable time on the property but it was consumned by the youngsters and I couldn't sit poolside. Holiday Inn is great and again the staff was extremely accommodating given the circumstances.

I highly recommend this clean, new, welcoming hotel.
This was the nicest hotel stay I've had in a very long time (and I stay in hotels about 100 nights each year).
I will always stay in this hotel when I'm in the Palmdale area.
Check it out for yourself. You won't regret it.

This hotel would not be what it is without it's wonderful staff! They are more like a family and that is how they treat their guests! They offer a very good restaurant and bar which is very convenient for the traveler. Thank you!

Overall you cannot beat this hotel for service and price. The restaurant is fab. the Breakfast is fresh. Only problem is the wifi is sketchy.

Always enjoy my stay with this hotel. This particular stay was especially nice as my cousin also stayed in the hotel as she was visiting from Oklahoma.
The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good every morning.
I will always stay here when I come to Palmdale!

The service at the Holiday Inn, Palmdale is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I stay at no other hotel when I am in the Palmdale area.
