This was the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, I stayed on the 3rd floor the 1st time and was very impressed. This time I stayed on the 1st floor and was very disappointed, the room was worn, the carpet was worn out, the room door did not shut tight, the bed mattress was not that comfortable was worn, room # 121 was not cleaned properly when checked in had some sticky substance on the floor. I liked the hotel but I want stay on the 1st floor again unless it has been remodeled like the 3rd floor. The other room I had on this trip that was worn out was # 119.

I stayed at this hotel last week and the computer system was down and had been down for several days and the staff still had everything set for my visit when I arrived.
The staff at this hotel goes out of there way to make your stay the best it can be.

Last week when I arrived at the Hotel they where out of carts and the staff looked on every floor but was unable to find any. I told them I appreciated them taking the time to look but I would be ok, however that was not good enough for them. Mat at the front desk decided he would help me bring my things in to the room.
The staff here is the best.

The rooms were nice. The location is excellent for the mall and other eating establishments. Only 10 minutes from beaches. Prices were reasonable also.

The upgrade without asking was great. Very rarely do Holiday Inns offer an upgrade without asking, and I never ask. Staff is fantastic and the bar had a great atmosphere.

Very large, clean rooms. Interesting charm in the public areas, very retro feel. Overall I was pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the room and common areas. I was a local just having a one night getaway, and was very pleased. I work on the beach at a full service plaza resort and was still impressed with this smaller hotel. They've done a great job!
