The staff was very helpful despite my language barrier I don't speak good french. I was able to communicate well enough that they looked after my every need. the lounge and bar area was very nice and the food for breakfat was very good. Well Done! August 31, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wont be staying here ever again Did not have a great experience at the holiday inn The wifi was really slow and would not work The AC would switch off in the night leaving me in sweats. There were free tickets of a boat that the staff would just not give for weird reasons - the first time the lady did not know about it. The second time they only wanted to give me a single ticket while my booking mentioned two tickets. I had to send them a mail and go to them three times to collect it.There response to the mail was 'strange'. Lol. On the last day there was a garbage bag in my room with garbage in it which was not from my room. Bizaare...i have never seen anything like this. I am a business traveller and am travelling quite often these days at least 4 nights a week. But am regretting becoming an IHG club member as this was a bad expereince. If this is how the intercontinental group treats its gold members i shudder to think how they would treat their normal guests. August 31, 2015
