Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel , Great Staff and Great Location This is one of the best hotels that I have been because first location, you can walk to a train station in 5 minutes, to champs elysees in 5 minutes, lots of good restaurants nearby, staff is really friendly and do whatever they can to help you and feel comfortable. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff We were acknowledged as IHG priority members and given points for being a platinum member. We stayed in two king executive rooms that have more room than the others from what I read. Although it's a 4 star hotel it's more like a 3 star from USA standards. In one room the bathroom is right next to the bed. It was clean and mostly comfortable even though we were not in the room much. The shower had good water pressure and was hot after a long day of sight seeing in 46 degree weather. They also have towel warmers in the bathrooms that was a nice comfortable touch. The wifi for us worked great and had zero problems. The breakfast downstairs is the kind of breakfast you get for free in the U.S. but cost 18 Euros. Bagel shop down the street is the way to go. I liked the area because there were restaurants close to the hotel and the Metro is across the street. The staff is very helpful and nice. They spoke english very well and were super helpful. If it's busy you'll have to wait for a room when you check in until around 2pm. The Grand Palais and petit Palais is right down the street to make time go by and start some picture taking. All in all it's a good quality hotel with a great staff, free wifi, and nice showers. April 11, 2015

Internet was awful and shower head leaked. Would have expected better for the cost of this hotel. April 9, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy with no hot water and poor breakfast We stayed 1 night and could not take showers because there was no hot water-we could get the water luke warm but not hot and then once you tried to take a shower the water kept turning cold. I called the front desk and she told me there were problems because the hotel was full and the water heater was old but there was nothing she could do to fix it. That is inexcusable. You do not book a hotel room if you can't offer your guests a hot shower. This should not be an IHG property. As a Platinum member I I am very disappointed with the room and service I received. The staff was polite but not helpful. They offered us a free breakfast for our trouble but there was no food on the breakfast bar and the attendant said they were busy and did not know if they would refill things. Spent too much money for this hotel and no shower. April 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location I just stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for business but also did some sightseeing in the evenings. The hotel is very close to a Metro stop but is also walking distance to many places, including the Champs Elysees, Saint Honoree district, several parks, shops, and restaurants. The staff were very helpful when making recommendations on where to eat, transportation, etc. The room was the typical French hotel room, but very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was included in my room rate and was quite substantial. Much more than just a continental breakfast. As with other hotels in Paris -- bring your own washcloth if you like to use one! I would definitely stay here again. April 6, 2015
