The rooms, though small, were quite nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to transportation and restaurants. But most importantly, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. November 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by at home i was happy to book again a room in this hotel .. i like to be in montparnasse .. people at reception desk are smily and helpfull .. i was really tired and i had a nice room with bath and a large view on paris roofs and most of great monuments .. Notre-Dame or the Sacré-Coeur .. this time i had breakfast in my room .. a full one .. and was a bit sad when had to leave .. just before 12am.. I'll be back as rate really valuable for an hotel of this quality .. November 12, 2014

Die Zimmergröße war besser als erwartet, auch wenn die Räume etwas in die Jahre gekommen waren. Der Service an der Rezeption und beim Früstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt bei einem für Paris sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses. Wir kommen sicher wieder. November 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunate Selection this time, but location was fine The most disappointing part about this hotel was that though the staff smiled, there was not too much of an effort on their parts to take care of problems. For example, the coffee maker did not work, so I called to the desk to see if they could replace it. They said someone would come up, but one hour later no one was there. I eventually brought the maker down myself, as I had noted at check in a very laissez-faire attitude by the front desk personnel, though they responded cordially enough. No one could come up with an idea to exchange or replace - they told me that they would take care of the it next day (after my check out). I had to insist on another solution, and, finally, one of the handymen suggested that he get hot water from the downstairs area and put it in my jug for me to take up again myself (I suppose they had no staff to do such things). But, I appreciated the idea. The only other problems were the walls were quite thin and rooom not 100% clean or size I was expecting for the price. I did get to hear quite a round of love making, though, next door. Sleep quality was ok. Corner room had no view, but I didn't need one. Again, for the price I was not overall satisfied, but the location near the train station Montparnasse is what I really wanted. Rooms not really fitted for the business travel who needs to take care of the clothes, etc. No recognition of IHG status. October 31, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by habitación amplia, situación centrica por las referencias que tenía de los hoteles de Paris de habitaciones pequeñas, este hotel tiene unas habitaciones cómodas y un baño amplio. Tiene muy buena situación y facil de localizar, ya que está muy cerquita de la Torre Montparnasse que se divisa desde casi todo Paris. Y una boca de metro justo a la salida del Hotel. Y una estación de tren a 150 metros. Zona nocturna con bistrots para cenar y/o tomar una copita. Nos ha resultado perfecto!!! October 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Welcoming The staff is very welcoming. They will help with connecting you to whatever part of Paris you are interested in visiting. They will let you know about the subway connections to take. Breakfast is very good with the exception that the tables are way too close to each other, but aside from that the kitchen staff are very prompt and helpful. October 20, 2014
