The name of the hotel is not in the correct location, way off. The room was HOT and we had to open the window everyday we were there. The room had lots of space and was very CLEAN. A few of the staff members were very helpful (Jerome, Sophia and 1 of the housekeepers forgot her name) and that made our stay enjoyable. They Spoke ENGLISH!!!!!!! Overall the stay was nice and wish SOPHIA could have worked EVERYDAY we were their. She is a keeper!!!!!!!!

Location is good, only 20 minutes to centre of Paris by RER, RER station is only 2 minutes walk.
Rate is good and family room is big enough for 4 people to stay.
The room and building was clean and safe.
The only problem I had was the water of shower was not hot at all in the evening.
In the morning it recovered, however the water was cold all 3 nights.
I complained front staff, however he said it is warm enough and he did not take any action. My family could not take a bath in the evening.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mike2135 Hot room Cold food.
Hotel is located on the back side of a mall. Area between the mall and the hotel looks like a back alley. The mall provides an inexpensive location for food. The room was very hot and air did not cool room. Slept with the window open. Breakfast was not provided with the room. Although each day they asked for our room number, they did not say the breakfast was not included. We were staying at several hotels over 10 days and some breakfasts were include. The first breakfast was cold. Cold powdered eggs/meat/ toast. We figured that since it was close to closing, they were shutting down the hot foods. The second day was a repeat of day one. I mentioned the temperature to the waitress, I spoke English to a French waitress. Nothing was changed,. Day three was cold cereal by choice with coffee. Check out time was the biggest shock. 16 eros per person for breakfasts. plus tax over 100 eros. Even though the hotel is near a subway train station (100 meters)To and from the rail station was expensive.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Karamel staff problems
We have arrived to the hotel quite late after a long drive to go to Disneyland with our kids next day. Although I have booked a family room with 2 kids in advance, there was no room available and we had to wait a long time until they could finally find a room for 2+1 (not for 2 kids so we said that is better than nothing as it was already too late)... OK, it might happen, but the must surprising thing was it took us a long time to understand what the problem was because the staff at the reception could hardly speak English so we could not communicate! At a Holiday Inn, close to Disneyland which should be getting international guests, this was the first surprise at the check-in. No room and no one could explain us why we were kept waiting with 2 little kids until 23:30 p.m due to lack of communication in English.... I was asked "do you speak "a bit of French".....
I have booked this stay with my points for 2 nights. But we wanted to leave 1 day earlier and tried to learn from the reception whether I can get my points reimbursed if I stay only 1 day. I was told to call the call center, I called and the call center told me to talk to the hotel reception. So no solution again and again I had very helpfull staff (!) and I checked out without further questioning. Ohh, 1 more thing; at the check out, we paid for the carpark. Then we were told by the other receptionist "actually it is free, you did not have to pay, anyhow, as you already paid, next time !!!!"
So it is the first time that I experienced so "unknowledgable" personnel in a Priority Club hotel and had so many small issues that I felt the need to write a comment.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MML78 Comfortable room and near Paris and Disney
The hotel is perfectly situated between Disney and Paris. Both Sacre Cour and Disney are 25 minutes driving, which is ideal with kids. Breakfeast is excellent and friendly staff.

If you want to stay in Marnee la Vallee you better look for another hotel, even thought the call this the Holiday Marnee la Vallee it is actually in Noisy-le-Grand, 30km (20mi) away from Marnee la Vallee. The hotel itself is very neat and clean, but the toilet (at least in the room I stayed in) is so small you cant even get in the "room" and close the door without actually standing on top of the toilet. The room I was in you were able to open the window and it had air conditioning controls (but they did not seem to work) I have seen other people complaining about this. All in all I cannot recomend this hotel.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by kaatje Good place to relax after visiting teh city
The hotel is good situated next to the metrostation. Room was big enough for the family. Cleaners didn't have to turn the heat up to 25 degrees, while the windows could not be opened. This happened in december!!
Only sad parts were facts that on the website we picked an arrangement including breakfast and we were surprised that that was not issued and that the noise from outside and neigbouring rooms was pretty reckonizable.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Nice hotel shame about the locaton
The hotel and staff are great - hotel very modern and clean. However, as a non meat eater I found the breakfast lacked a little variety. Could do with more variety of cheeses and perhaps some simple fish dishes.
Also they didnt have decaf coffee or tea! which is supplied in the rooms so I had to take a sachet down at breakfast.
The thing that lets the hotel down is the area. It is totally neglected & the complete opposite from the hotel. The links to Paris central are very handy however again the walk to the station and the underground itself is run down.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SnowStorm Good value for money, great place to stay near Paris
My family and I have had 4-day staying in hotel Holiday Inn Marne La Vallee. We enjoyed service. Very nice rooms with huge comfortable beds. Location was exactly we needed - between Paris and Disneyland Park. Besides we`ve got a great bonus for entrance tickets to the Disneyland!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pawlaser You need a better restaurant
For a huge hotel like this, the restaurant was disappointing in its limited menu-- just burgers and omelettes and salads. The food quality was just average, and the service was very slow; just one server for about 10 tables, at about 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night. We were tired and hungry so we didn't want to go outside the Hotel looking for a restaurant.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MissVix Comfortable & good location
I chose this hotel as a base on a 2 day trip to Eurodisney with 2 children. It was adjacent to a shopping mall (with a Carrefour supermarket) and the RER train station which was a 15-20 minute train ride to Disney.
The family hotel room had a bed and sofa bed, and found the normal bed comfortable sofa bed surprisingly very comfortable too!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Diwakar Hot room no window
The room was very hot and there was no window to open.
After 6 hours from frankfurt, I was tired and thought of relaxing and could not sleep.
Came to know next day morning that there is no AC in the hotel. At least a window should be provided for fresh air.
Whole night I have suffocation. Came on business trip and could not do my business next day in office.
