Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leam10 Very disappointing
The room itself was fine. Everything else was not.
The restaurant was closed and there were very few staff around. I assumed that this was because nobody was staying, yet the breakfast buffet was full. I'm sure that given the option to eat there, at least some of them would have done so.
The hotel prides itself on being close to Disney, yet they had no literature about the park. I would also advise against returning late as the area in which the hotel is situated is quite scary for young children.
My biggest issue is the fact that booking through Holiday Inn actually cost more than it would have done if we had just turned up. A massive shame and a reason why Holiday Inn will now be the last hotel chain that I try when booking accommodation in the future.

Good location and hotel within the IHG standard, but the service and the food are out of any standard for this kind of hotels

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dpollo100 0330 deliveries broke a well earned sleep!
Further away from Disney than you are made to believe.
It's quicker and less hassle to drive to Disney than to catch the train, not in a very nice area to walk back in the dark after a late visit it disney.
Arrived back at 12.30 after a full day in the park, then a delivery lorry turned up at 03.30 that started to unload and draging roll pallets outside and banging about for about an hour at the FRONT of the hotel. We complained in the morning and they re funded our 2 days car parking, was the least they could do!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AJ852 Cheap hotel with parking with easy access to central Paris.
We are a family of 4 and stayed at this hotel in August for 2 nights for just €180 room only. The room was as expected, it was clean and functional.
It is directly opposite the RER station which takes you directly into central Paris for €3 and takes about 20 minutes.
The area is not great, there are groups of teenagers hanging around on street corners which can be intimidating, however we were just using the hotel as a base to explore Paris.

Very good hotel ideal for family's excellent for disneyland and to go to paris about 20min each direction shopping centre on doorstep with McDonald's subway and restaurants ( halal food available at Hassans restaurant in shopping mall and outside by the river is a takeaway chicken spot both recommended) only downside hotel key cards for rooms was a pain having to change them everyday otherwise had a very good stay recommend to all.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Geoff66 Excellent Hotel and Staff
We stayed here for a few days while we explored the sites of Paris. The hotel is just across the road from the train station for direct trains straight into Paris. There is an underground car park which was free of charge (not €12 as the website says), just turn right immediately after the hotel and go down the ramp and buzz reception.
The hotel it's self was lovely, clean and modern. The room was excellent with all mod-cons including large flat screen tv (with uk channels), fridge with a water & juice etc which were actually free, and of course free wi-fi.
The staff were lovely, really helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The young Irish girl we dealt with upon arrival was particularly helpful, giving us directions, information and advice..
All in all an excellent experience.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by robbiec great place to stay and close to Disneyland Paris
Stayed for 4 nights, only about 15 mins by car to Disneyland Paris which was the reason for the stay. Room was very high standard and complimentary water and snacks in the minbar daily was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Bar was very expensive 7 Euro for a beer was extortionate.
And choose your breakfast time wisely as very busy between 9-10 but buffet is very good. Will stop here again when visiting Disneyland.

arrived in the room to find tea and coffee etc but no cups ! rang down to reception an was told that since the housekeeping staff had finished for the day we wouldn't be able to have paper cups but some porcelain ones would be sent up !! Perfect i thought but no ...after half an hour wait still hadn't materialised , no one answering phone ... eventually my partner had to go down to reception to get them himself !!
not a big deal but a bit odd !

The hotel itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. On arrival our room was not ready, we were early though & have no issue with that, so we left our bags in the secure luggage room. We asked at reception about the best way to get into the centre of Paris for some site seeing & the Irish lady on reception was exceptional, she advised of trains, got us maps, routes to take when in Paris, what a credit to Holiday Inn she is. On return in the evening we freshened up in our family room, very comfortable, and ventured outside to eat.
The surroundings are not the best and after a few minutes we decided to eat at the hotel.
This time a gentleman receptionist advised us that the restuarnt was shut, this was 7.45pm, and we must eat in the bar, he was not as welcoming as we had experienced before.
We ate in the bar from a menu that was just either fish dishes or a Chicken Tikka Curry and no child options. We ordered 4 curries and drinks, the curries had to be returned as they were cold, the next table had the same problem.
For a family of 4, 106 euros for the meal did not represent value for money at all i am afraid.
We decided to eat breakfast out on route back to the UK
Summary was the hotel facilities are great but how they service guests could be better

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Family3persons Great location for both Disneyland and Paris (city)
Nice room and bathroom; although not too big when using the couch as a third bed there is still enough space.
Fine beds and mattress and several pillows to choose from (soft and hard). Great shower and seperate toilet.
Great location for visiting Disneyland as well as Paris city centre: trainstation (RER A track) at less than 500 meters and evry 5 to 10 minutes a train for both directions. Underground car park (pay parking) at hotel with direct access to hotel lobby.
Breakfast after 9 am quite busy but is constantly being refilled; personnel real nice and helpful (and english spoken!).
Indeed we had a room at the backside but no sound from outside heard neither from hallway: evrything very well isolated.
Unfortunately Wifi did not work very well (at least not in the room).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by chatt Holiday Inn stay
A good experience overall, the lady in the reception was very helpful and went well beyond her duties in helping us with very detailed directions to the major tourist attractions. The breakfast was good, the hotel is very clean, the air-conditioning is very effective, the elevator with its glass walls provided a very panoramic view. The location is excellent very close to the train station and a large mall on one side with lakes and nice open spaces on the other.

The room and bed was ok so thank you !

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jacob71823 Spacious Room
There were 4 of us that stayed (my cousin, her two daughters who were 11 year old and 16 year old, and I) -- we were very comfortable and the room was spacious, with large floor to ceiling windows. We selected this, because there were few places within the center of Paris that accomodated 4 people. In many of the places, we inquired, they required that we make reservation for two rooms to accomodate us. It is very convenient to the RER A, but it is at least 30 minutes to 40 minutes from the sites in Paris. There is a mall with supermarket, bakeries, and many other stores for clothes, shoes, and everything else, but we did not have time to explore these stores. The reception people were not very resourceful or informative. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. We bought croissants, fruits, water, juice, etc at the supermarket and bakery in the mall, which costed much less than the breakfast at the hotel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KeithandChris Ultimate people service!
Ther staff (particularly Reception) were incredibly helpful and spoke very good English. They provided maps and advice on how to get around Paris and find the places we were looking for. They marked the maps with the Metrio routes, indicating exactly which stations we needed to go to.
In all of this, they were friendly and polite and I would definitely stay there again.

1.The person wasnot able to deal with queries.
2.Inspite being Golden Elite memeber was chased 4 times to check out although I did inform in advance about the late check out that I was planning.
3.No Recognition for being Golden Elite memeber whatsoever.

Avoid if you are staying with a family. Family rooms are located on the first floor across from the lift and also adjacent to the main footpath that leads to restaurants, and trust me you can hear everybody talking and walking past. Prior to this, it is a horrible location. Got some serious stares from locals in cars and in the hotel. The entrance to the underground car park was blocked by a huge commercial skip and the Marion entrance door was shattered. Generally, I'm not phased by locations and people, but with my wife and kids in the car and double parked to run in, this place had a bad vibe, hotel is ok and the rooms are nice, but an absolute nightmare with the noise levels in family rooms plus a general feeling of uncomfortness. We stayed at Disney Land Paris and this was used on the last day before the drive home, I would avoid and go elsewhere. Did I mention the food was cold?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Farid Noisy, Expensive, Rude Staff & Low Service
We have been settled in a triple bed room (2 single bed and a sofa bed), which was just located in a renovation and reconstruction area with a huge mind blowing noise of drilling woods and walls routinely for couple of hours every day. I asked the reception to sort this out but they advised ‘’it won’t be stoppable’’. I think if there is reconstruction/renovation job going on, the rooms surrounding the area must not be given to the guests until minimum silence is restored. Further more, I found the behavior of the reception staff a bit rude and unfriendly while communicating with guests at the front desk particularly during check in and check out. Honestly I preferred not to eat inside the hotel as I believed the food cost was unfair and high so I cant say anything about its food quality and breakfast.
While checking out, In addition to the price I was given while booking the hotel online, I was also billed some extra amount for so called Local Tax, TV channel, and extra person (3rd person) which I was thinking they were already included to the main offer as nothing was mentioned about those charges during booking. However this hotel is located around 25Km far from Paris, but unfortunately still the bad culture of (charging people for nothing because here is PARIS) highly influenced this little town as well.

Stayed in this hotel for a 3 night stay in March. Check-in was quick and smooth. Parking in the hotels own garage a welcome extra although 12,- € per day it is worth it. Hotel offers Internet free of charge. Room including bathroom very clean. Shower area in the bathroom is very big and with power shower head. Bed was very comfortable. Room also had large writing desk and flat screen TV. Breakfast was in buffet form with a vast selection hot or cold. The only one minus was that the hotel rooms do not have a safe for locking away valuables and the reception could not find the key for the hotel safe- not acceptable for this standard of hotel. One extra plus is that the railway station is only a stones throw away.
All in all a hotel well worth visiting

The staff were not very friendly we were ignored most of the time,no greetings or acknowledgement,no assistants or help. The rooms were ok but VERY HOT we were unable to reduce the room temperature ,so we were very uncomfortable the whole stay, couldn't open the windows so goodness knows what it would be like in the summer!!!!
The food and drinks were expensive so had to eat and drink out all the time which ate into out spending money in a big way.

A few of the staff members were very helpful (Jerome, Sophia and 1 of the housekeepers forgot her name) and that made our stay enjoyable. They Spoke ENGLISH!!!!!!! Overall the stay was nice and wish SOPHIA could have worked EVERYDAY we were their. She is a keeper!!!!!!!!

Location is good, only 20 minutes to centre of Paris by RER, RER station is only 2 minutes walk.
Rate is good and family room is big enough for 4 people to stay.
The room and building was clean and safe.
The only problem I had was the water of shower was not hot at all in the evening.
In the morning it recovered, however the water was cold all 3 nights.
I complained front staff, however he said it is warm enough and he did not take any action. My family could not take a bath in the evening.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mike2135 Hot room Cold food.
Hotel is located on the back side of a mall. Area between the mall and the hotel looks like a back alley. The mall provides an inexpensive location for food. The room was very hot and air did not cool room. Slept with the window open. Breakfast was not provided with the room. Although each day they asked for our room number, they did not say the breakfast was not included. We were staying at several hotels over 10 days and some breakfasts were include. The first breakfast was cold. Cold powdered eggs/meat/ toast. We figured that since it was close to closing, they were shutting down the hot foods. The second day was a repeat of day one. I mentioned the temperature to the waitress, I spoke English to a French waitress. Nothing was changed,. Day three was cold cereal by choice with coffee. Check out time was the biggest shock. 16 eros per person for breakfasts. plus tax over 100 eros. Even though the hotel is near a subway train station (100 meters)To and from the rail station was expensive.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Karamel staff problems
We have arrived to the hotel quite late after a long drive to go to Disneyland with our kids next day. Although I have booked a family room with 2 kids in advance, there was no room available and we had to wait a long time until they could finally find a room for 2+1 (not for 2 kids so we said that is better than nothing as it was already too late)... OK, it might happen, but the must surprising thing was it took us a long time to understand what the problem was because the staff at the reception could hardly speak English so we could not communicate! At a Holiday Inn, close to Disneyland which should be getting international guests, this was the first surprise at the check-in. No room and no one could explain us why we were kept waiting with 2 little kids until 23:30 p.m due to lack of communication in English.... I was asked "do you speak "a bit of French".....
I have booked this stay with my points for 2 nights. But we wanted to leave 1 day earlier and tried to learn from the reception whether I can get my points reimbursed if I stay only 1 day. I was told to call the call center, I called and the call center told me to talk to the hotel reception. So no solution again and again I had very helpfull staff (!) and I checked out without further questioning. Ohh, 1 more thing; at the check out, we paid for the carpark. Then we were told by the other receptionist "actually it is free, you did not have to pay, anyhow, as you already paid, next time !!!!"
So it is the first time that I experienced so "unknowledgable" personnel in a Priority Club hotel and had so many small issues that I felt the need to write a comment.
