I found the hotel to be clean recently refurbished -with attentive and helpful staff -they went out of their way to help.The room was well appointed if any criticism possible it would be that the room was a little cramped but we were mostly out of the hotel-the beds were excellent the bathroom small but adequate.

The Holiday Inn Paris-Notre Dame is in a great location.
My husband and I were fortunate to be able to check in early and were recognized and upgraded for being Platinum Members. The Staff assisted me when I realized that I had brought the wrong adapter for Europe by lending me one of theirs and assisting me with where I could buy one. They were always friendly and cheerful.
This hotel is convenient to the Paris attractions and has a great rooftop terrace for a evening drink and view of the city.
This is the second time we have stayed here, but it won't be our last.

I'm a Platinum member and booked 9 nts for a March stay to celebrate anniversary. The plus of this hotel includes its great loc, clean rooms, courteous staff, & rooftop views of Paris. We did have a number of issues during the stay:
1, no acknowledgement of Platinum status or comp upgrade, we had to ask for upgrade to King room.
Also no gesture about anniv celebration (I emailed hotel in advance).
2. Initial room #305 had a TINY bathroom with no vanity/countertop space and it was very limited & hard to use. This room also faced Rue Danton with noisy weekday traffic & construction disruptions.. This was an inferior "upgraded" room and not what should be offered to Platinum member.
3. We requested a change & moved to #412 which was quiet wrt traffic, but on early Fri morning (March 20) there was so much outside crowd noise that we had to call the Front Desk. Staff said it was noise from Le St. Andre cafe that closes at midnt, but the noise continues well past 1AM! Next morning we talked to Fanny at Front Desk, and she said Manager approved extra 500 IHG points, but these points have NOT been posted to my account even after I emailed the hotel about it.
Hotel mgmt needs to follow up their promise and post the extra points promptly!
These above interactions meant staff were inconsistent:
they are always courteous, but did not offer service levels
that I expect as a Platinum member.
Last summer we stayed at Mayfair London Holiday Inn, and staff always & promptly responded to emails (in advance), but not staff at HI Notre Dame - I sent a couple of emails (before & after my stay) and never got any response.
Now I want to make sure that Notre Dame hotel mgmt posts the extra 500 points as promised.
