Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by salle de bain incomplète Lors de notre arrivée à 13h45, notre chambre n'était pas disponible. On nous en a donné une autre mais la salle de bains - de très belle taille - semblait ne pas être complète : il manquait la douche au plafond (seule la couchette murale était là), le plafond n'était d'ailleurs pas terminé en termes de peintures (joints du plafond non terminés, scotchs de protection encore là), pas d'éclairage de miroir seulement un éclairage de plafond, fil pour le téléphone mais pas de téléphone au bout, tablettes non fixées. Y aurait-il dû avoir aussi une cloison pour la douche à l'italienne (car après une douche, il y avait de l'eau jusque devant les toilettes) ? De toute évidence, l'hôtel était en travaux (bruit dès le matin). February 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by loin de la gare montaprnasse j'ai reservé par erreur cet hotel que j'ai confondu avec celui situé pres de la gare montparnasse à cause de son nom. il etait donc à 20mn de marche de la gare. en terme de remarque, le prix de la chambre etait tres compétitif grace au system IHG reward mais à l'arrivée Chambre au 8eme etage et ascenseur en panne.N'y avait il pas de de possibilité de loger plus bas ou le tarif tres compétitif m'a t il condamné à cette chambre au dernier étage? Comme toujours dans un holiday Inn, le design est superbe, les chambres tres agréables. lumiere du couloir visible sous la porte de la chambre toute la nuit taxe de séjour en augmentation decouverte lors du départ, non annoncée malgré les nombreux mails reçu de la part de IHG entre la reservation et mon arrivée February 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad luck Small business hotel in side street in Montparnasse. When I arrived midnight the lobby was light and clean and modern. The elevator was broke, which can happen, but the carpet on tyhe first floor was dirty/stained, and then but the air in my (large) room was very stuffy, the couch was badly stained , the carpet was stained, it was a sub standard room. The bed was clean, but the showerhead was mounted wrongly, so it needed permanent hand holding. The bed was OK, and the staff the next morning was very friendly, but I did not like the experience. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Worst Holiday Inn so far. Most of the time Holiday Inn is a name that I can trust to get a nice room. I would say not here. I would not expect a Holiday in to have rooms that were as dirty as this one. January 5, 2015
