Stayed 2 times in space of a couple weeks that first stay not so bad but did witness a staff member overreacting at checkin. Not able to print boarding passes, must email to front desk. I was never able to do this so not sure if it works. Absolutely the smallest rooms I have encountered in France including Paris. The dinner room the second stay was a disaster. We had the same exact servers so I can't explain it but it was like they were sleep walking. Be careful of English translations on the menu they are not accurate. The staff displayed the most attitude I encountered in my travels in France. Really not a welcoming place but a revolving door. The shuttle used by the hotel was by far the most crowded and made the most stops of all the shuttles I saw. Not the fastest way to the airport. Also need to be outside waiting for the shuttle and not in the lobby.

Only there for one night. Wanted to maximize our short stay and the staff was very helpful. We were able to get to the Ifle Tower and view the lighting at 10 pm and get back by train and shuttle that evening because of the very helpful and informative staff.
I would recommend that anyone going to the airport on the Black Bus that you make sure you start early. Bus was very full and it took about 30 minutes to get to the airport. We almost waited too late to get there for an international flight. Start at least 3 hours ahead of flight time.

The convenience of the location to CDG is the main reason I chose this hotel. Once there I was impressed with the staff in terms of the quick and efficient check in, the friendliness of the bar and restaurant staff, and then a quick, friendly and efficient check out. The shuttle to the airport was absolutely packed - and it is a full size bus! You might want to look into either more frequent service and/or reducing the number of hotels covered by this service.

This hotel is located close to CDG airport. It took only 5 minutes to get there by taxi early in the morning. Holiday Inn provides free-of-charge shuttle bus to drive you from the hotel to the airport entrance. However the problem is that this bus runs only from 05.02 am to 01.40 am each 20 minutes. As it picks up people from several hotels, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the CDG. This was too risky for us as our flight was scheduled for 06.10. So we had to use a taxi. It costed 25 Euro.
As an IHG Platinum Status member I was given Executive Room for the price of standard room. Besides we were provided with couple of Welcome drinks. WiFi code was given without extra charge.
We also tried dinner menu. Very good meal for highly reasonable price.
Our room was clean, well equipped and calm. It is a bit noisy around as planes are taking off and landing very close to the hotels area. But this is not hotel's fault. If you do not open the room window you are not disturbed so much.
All the staff members are highly polite and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and did speak English (some better than others). This is a good place if you are passing through CDG and need a place to stay. They have dinner and a happy hour at the lobby bar. The lobby, hotel in general and rooms were very clean and fresh. Breakfast was good with both French and English food available, coffee and tea.
The rooms are really small. I upgraded to an executive room, if I used the luggage table I would not be able to walk to the other side of the room. The morning breakfast is very expensive for what you actually get. The dinning room and lobby bar were packed with people and there were not enough servers available to make it worth the time to go. I hate to say it but we went to the hotel next door for dinner and drinks. This is setup as a Holiday Inn Express and is being used as a full featured Holiday Inn with restaurant and bar. These amenities I found to be lacking.

The welcome and friendliness by reception staff was a breath of fresh air, after a long flight. I was a little put out with the lack of service in the dining area, as I felt that the server had forgotten about me and I was unable to order additional courses. HOWEVER, the dinner was superb, well presented and very tasty.
All in all a very pleasant experience. The shuttle service to and from the airport and rail station, is extremely convenient.
SUGGESTION: The staff were very friendly but did not provide any local tourist information (Roissy). I feel that a staff member as a "guide" would be a welcome addition and an asset to the hotel.

Nice hotel and a very good restaurant. Very comfortable bed. The only negative I had was that the staff wasn't very knowledgeable on the laundry services. I phoned prior to my visit to make sure I would have laundry services, and when I arrived on a Saturday night the staff told me to have my laudry down by morning to have it done same day. As I was reading the hotel information in my room, it said no laundry services on Sunday. I phoned back the receptionist and he told me to have my laudry ready in the morning and talk to the morning receptionist to make sure it was done. Not until Sunday morning when I delivered my laudry, they still weren't sure if there was laudry service. So, in the end, no laundry service for me.

After a long trip, it was a very relaxing to stay in a hotel that's close to the airport. The environment is amiable and room is cozy and clean.
However, the sign in the airport for getting to the shuttle bus was not very clear. It could have been helpful if there is a clearer instruction on the hotel website.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The restaurant opened for dinner at 1900 and was somewhat expensive , but fine. I didn't get the promised wake-up call but otherwise it was a great place in which to relax before flying home early the next day. The shuttle service to and from the airport worked out well.

Of my 2 week stay in France, this was the most comfortable, clean and noisless room I stayed in.....the food at the restaurant was also good and people were friendly and served us with a smile. It was a really nice way to finish the trip and I would recommend this hotel for sure!!

What a great location, and easy to get to with the free "black bus" airport hotel shuttle. Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is quite clean. A friendly staff mans the restaurant and front desk of this very accommodating airport hotel. A small "village" for last minute shopping or dining is a short walk away. I've stayed here more than five times in the past few years and I've never been disappointed.

Room and desk service was fine. Desk manager very thorough and helpful. Restaurant food quality was very poor, meat ordered medium well, served after an hour and very rare, sent back. Wait staff seem overwhelmed and generally were not caring about service quality or timeliness. Most travelers don't have high expectations for food service in hotels close to the airport, but this was sub par and unfortunately really brings this overall rating down.

This is the first time I've elected to stay by the airport the night prior to departing Paris. Based on my experience during my stay here, I will do it from now on - at this hotel. I wish you could uproot this hotel and place it in the middle of Paris - I'd stay every time !
The check-in experience with Sadat was flawless. Very warm & welcoming. Greeted me recognizing my PriorityPlus status and offered me an upgrade without having to ask. Thank you Sadat !
Tafifiri (sp?# waited on me at the bar and then later in the restaurant for an early dinner. Very warm and friendly. Great service without hovering. Thank you Tafifiri !
Room was nice size #for Paris), very clean and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable.
As to the Black Bus Shuttle, it was 6 minutes late. Not under the hotel's control. Plan a few extra minutes in and don't wait till the last minute to head to the airport and you'll be fine.

I was disappointed during my visit to this hotel (even if i'm a big fan of IHG properties). Customer service need to be revised and redefined. I had 2 incidents during my Stay regardless of the price of my stay:
- As a platinum member i was offered a free drink, i was surprised when i went to the bar and the bartender took an empty bottle to fill ith with water from the fountain. I think we deserve more that that.
- I ordered pasta in my room service, the food was delivered cold but more that that, i had a plate with ketchup and Mustard and underneath i found empty/already opened pouches of salt and peper. the person in charge didn't make the effort of giving me a clean plate.

Arrived Wed eve - had two ajoining rooms as requested - rooms were very small - but we were there to sleep - so ok.
Had probs with finding the inroom dining menu on the TV - confusing.. front desk seemed to respond v.quickly - and were upstairs in 2 mins to help - thx, wife and I had dinner downstairs - seemed to be shortstaffed - but coped just, enjoyable last meal and wines in france - thx, left v.early the next morning to catch flight.. thx IHG / HI

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely designed. Breakfast was expensive, but did offer a decent selection on a buffet style setup. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for the night before a flight.
They do need to work with the Black Bus company on scheduling. I know they say every 20-25 minutes, but I waited at the Airport for 40 minutes and the 2 times I took the Black Bus from the front of the hotel it showed up 10-15 minutes after the scheduled time shown in the lobby. So be aware that the printed schedule doesn't match the actual Black Bus timing, at least during my visit.

After travelling around France for 3 weeks, it was a perfect place to get rested. The staff were great, friendly and English speaking. Rooms were clean and the food is decent. Prices are fair. Only thing they should improve on is the frequency of the black bus during the weekends.

Arriving at CDG in the evening and waiting over 30 minutes in t the cold for the Holiday Inn shuttle, then receiving no help from the driver with our luggage...I was not too pleased. However, Justine at the front desk did a lot to improve my mood. She was very pleasant, got us two very nice rooms, gave us two drink coupons (Platinum Ambassador), and gave me restaurant recommendations in Roissy.
Restaurant manager was also very helpful and attentive, but dinner at the hotel was mediocre at best. Breakfast "buffet" was definitely over-priced at 18 euros for me and my teenage daughter. Next time will just eat at the Air France Lounge. The lady who was the morning shuttle driver was fabulous....got off the bus and helped unload at CDG and retrieve two carts for luggage. Merci.....

I have paid in hotel`s restaurant for the dinner by cash, but few days later my credit card was charged for the same amount. To resolve this little confusion, I have contacted the hotel`s management by phone and sent few email, but my problem was completely ignored by management. I didn`t received even the proof of my authorization to charge the credit card.

This hotel is very covienient when you need to be close to CDG. I have been staying here for 30+years. The food is good, rooms clean and plenty of hot water.
The rooms are small but not any worse than other hotels in France.
I recently learned that there is a small village with in walking distance and has a few resturaunts and a small park .

The hotel is not bad, especially the dining room which served good food at relatively reasonable prices. The staff was excellent. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. As a platinum I was offered an upgrade to an "executive room". However, it turned out to be exactly the same size and appearance as the regular room. I was given a voucher for a free drink but was not given a complimentary breakfast. However, none of this matters when you have to wait 45 minutes for the airport shuttle and then you can't get on it because it is too crowded. Why in the world does Holiday Inn use the "black bus" rather than having its own shuttle? The "black bus" is a disaster. I would never again stay at any hotel at CDG which depended on the black bus.

Every time to fly through Paris, we purposely make the itinerary to stay for a night (we just love a dinner in the Latin Quarter) and we always use this Holiday inn. It's a nice mix of French character and American service. Always clean and looking like new. There is no way to miss your flight (due to traffic in the morning) and it's close to the downtown. We normally take the train (30-40 minutes) on the way to Paris and come back in the evening with a taxi (15 min). Nice bar, too.

Good hotel but very expensive for ofter very short stays.
I received an upgraded room with my Platinum PCR card and the romm is small but very well equiped, very clean, quiet and soft drinks free.
I always try to stay in this hotel when prices are better than in all other hotels and sometines it is not like that !
