Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very nice hotel My kids and I stayed here while we were visiting friends. This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. We stayed in the queen suite which is nice because there are two queen beds and a couch that pulls out. It worked great for us. The only thing I did not like about the room was that it was a little small. It was hard for us to get to the window because the computer chair was in the way. There is just not enough space where the computer desk is. Im not sure who cleaned my room the first three or four days but they did an eexcellent job. The next few days was ok but who ever cleaned the room did not put any plastic cups in the bathroom or a new towel to put on the floor for when we showered. I got a newspaper under my door almost every morning (which I thought was very nice) . One thing I was upset about was when I made my reservation I made it for wed. Night (the night before thanksgiving) thru sunday morning. I talked to two different people and made sure my reservations were right and went over the days again. They said yes your reservations are from weds. Thru sunday. When I got there they only had my reservation thru sat. Morning so I had to pay more than I was told on the phone. I was very frustrated but the manager worked with me and gave me a deal for the last night. While we were there, I ended up in a car accident and had to stay longer. I talked to the manager and they continued to give me a great deal while I was there. They have no idea how much that meant to me. Breakfast is ok. They charge like 10 dollars for cold stuff that most hotels give you for free. Whats nice is that up to four kids 12 and younger eat for free with a paying adult so we all at for about 10 dollars every morning. This is a great hotel and we had a lovely stay. We have to go back in a couple of weeks to pick up our car and we will be staying there again. Thanks Hoilday Inn! December 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk Service This hotel had great customer service. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable. The bathroom lights were a bit too dim. The pool area was nice but hot tub jets would never come on, even when you put on the timer. The room above us had very loud people, who were up past midnight. Sounded like they were playing basketball above us. That was annoying. Overall, decent hotel with much better customer service. December 2, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Loud noise from the top floor It's one of those nights that you wish you could have a restful sleep. I called the front desk around 9:30 pm to notify them the loud noise from the floor above me. An hour later, nothing changed. I called the second time to complain! Ten minutes later, a lady called back and explained to me that its the kitchen above me that made the noise! The staff offered me some bonus points to compensated me??? ARE YOU SERIOUS! After almost two hours and its close to 11 pm, you told a customer that you would offer bonus points??? Of course, they finally agreed to switch me to a different room! However, I was not very impressed with the delay time either I was satisfied with the services. November 18, 2014
