Very friendly staff who showed very good attention Beautiful Buffet Breakfast with large selection and quality fresh fruit etc Only negative would be single ply toilet paper - a pet hate of mine! However if want a quick breakfast downstairs in the dining room forget it. Too many tourist groups have taken over the hotel and you sometimes have to wait for both a seat and the buffet to be re-stocked. Frustratiing for someone on business trips. April 17, 2013

When I arrived to the hotel they told me that my room was not available and the only room they could offer me was with one big bed plus a sofa bed! It was not a good start. I am not going back there. I am usually staying in Sydney in diferrent hotels and I wanted to try this one but my experience was not good. They also don't offer a complementary machine coffee with the buffet breakfast.
