Very happy with room, very comfy bed with selection of hard and soft pillows.
Very friendly staff who showed very good attention
Beautiful Buffet Breakfast with large selection and quality fresh fruit etc
Only negative would be single ply toilet paper - a pet hate of mine!

I have stayed here a couple of times in the past few months and find the rooms of a high quality. However if want a quick breakfast downstairs in the dining room forget it. Too many tourist groups have taken over the hotel and you sometimes have to wait for both a seat and the buffet to be re-stocked. Frustratiing for someone on business trips.

For the location and time of year, this hotel had very reasonable rates. The room was large and spacious and service was great. Would stay here again.

I booked my room with two double beds before I got there. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that my room was not available and the only room they could offer me was with one big bed plus a sofa bed! It was not a good start. I am not going back there. I am usually staying in Sydney in diferrent hotels and I wanted to try this one but my experience was not good. They also don't offer a complementary machine coffee with the buffet breakfast.

I have just experienced the highest customer service/care from all the team at Holiday Inn Parramatta. Recovering from an operation I was treated like Royality.
