The staff at the Holiday Inn Parramatta just topped off the stay for us. We stayed 2 nights, the staff happily assisted will all our enquiries while we were there - very helpful they were. The property was clean, modern and the buffet breakfast, YUM. I loved the fact that the pillows were labelled, Soft or Medium so you didn't have to guess and test. Comfy beds with black out curtains. Nice close stroll to the mall, which is also where you find a multitude of nice eateries and also the train - this made our shopping easy as well as our travel to and from Sydney central. Thanks to the staff who really made our stay an enjoyable one. Would definitely stay again.

We (family of four - 2 adults and 2 children (15)(12)) stayed at Holiday Inn Parramatta to attend the Royal Easter Show. The location was great. It was an easy 10 minutes drive to the show. The hotel was very quiet, even though it is a short distance from a main road. There are many restaurants and the train station in close walking distance.
The hotel is well appointed. It looks good.
Everything worked fine. From check-into check-out everything was a breeze.
There is a great restaurant on-site, although we chose to explore the area and so didn't use it - but we would have if we had stayed in.
Our room rate didn't include breakfast and we thought it was a tad too expensive to have breakfast at the hotel, which was a shame.
Parking is provided on site for an additional (reasonable) daily charge.
We found all the staff helpful and polite.

Once again, it's our yearly trip to the Holiday Inn for the Golden Slipper Race and once again we weren't disappointed. It's always great to walk into a hotel and see a lot of the same staff and even more welcoming when they remember you.
We stayed for 2 nights and had dinner in the restaurant on the Friday night. David who is the restaurant manager is just amazing. He walked out and seen us and still remembered what we drank from last year. He recommended some new dishes on the menu (knew his menu inside out) and we were not disappointed with his choices. He's a staff member who takes a lot of pride in his job. Food was excellent. This hotel gives 5 star service.
Beds are comfy and room is quiet. We were very gracious for our upgrade.
Looking forward to our 9 day stay in 3 weeks time.

So far the hotel environment is good, convenient to exit shopping places and Tram station. But would like to special request for Complimentary mineral water.

Wonderful staff, comfortable room just wish they could accommodate with 3 single beds but otherwise great. Ron , manager , was amazing form talking to him on the phone to meeting him in person. Close to Olympic Park venues. Good job all round
