Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and comfortable Overall the stay is comfortable. Clean room and bed I like most. Front reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety is good. TV channel is limited. Internet access intermittent slow which not good for VOiP meeting. No power point near to windows coffee table. Better have extra battery for your laptop if you want to seat here to surf net. April 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NEED FOR EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS Overall, as always I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Galleria having been a regular guest since the 90s (both in behalf of the company I work for, and for my family), However, during my recent stay, specifically on April 4, 2015, the fire alarm broke on the 10th floor while I was waiting for the elevator at around 11AM. I was just worried and floored that there was not a single hotel staff nor housekeeper who went to the floor to check on the guests, pacify them, or point the nearest fire exit. I had to call front desk to ask and confirm if the fire alarm was a false alarm or real; I was then told that it has been cleared. I got really turned off by this total lack of concern for the guests when no hotel official or staff showed up. I will still return to the hotel, with fervent hopes and prayers that there are no emergencies as it seems the hotel staff are not trained or do not have protocols in place for such incidents. As we were planning to go for 3 days to another city( Baguio) then return to Manilla for one day before going to our home town and we didn't want to take all our bags . The reception staff offered to keep our bags till we are back. It was a great help. April 9, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent initiative by F & B manager I was wondering why Cris have been serving coffee and attending to guest so I asked him why he has to do it considering his position and there were many personnel at the FAB. He told me that many guest are irritated because of the elevators so he pulled out several staff from banquet so the needs of guest would be attended to promptly. I believe this move on his part have lessen the irritation of the guests. However I was saddened by the early retirement of Gie and Jinky at the FAB. We were almost in tears when I saw them yesterday on their last of service and thanked me for my friendship with them. I wish them well and hope they enjoy their retirement. We promise to keep in touch with each other. I will surely miss them April 8, 2015
