we will stay again in this hotel, by the time we go back home for our vacation, this hotel is very convinient and access to the mall.

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. I love the woodwork and the large room. Very convenient to be connected to the Robinsons Mall. Food was good and they have a giant burger that feeds 10 people at Bar One.

Have chosen Holiday Galleria for each of our twice monthly visits from Mindoro for the last few years.
Love the way maintenance is keeping the "old Manila" décor in excellent condition....better ambiance than most modern hotels!!

Express check in and express check out is one point that I really love to stay in any IHG brands, I feel so valued by the management as being a member of IHG rewards and specially by Recognizing me as a member. I specially thanks Mr. Jordan for giving me an upgrade even though I know that I was not entitled to get room upgrade because it's just only a IHG rewards night. Hence: my stayed at HI galleria was so memorable and enjoyable! Keep up the good job... As a member of IHG rewards and as part of IHG Family, I really appreciated what you've given to me during my stayed in your property.

Really outdated hotel, dirty and un functional. Only some smiley staff -though most under pressure-. Breakfast more like a staff canteen, and if you are unlucky enough to be put into a smoking room wear a gas mask
