Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service mind I've been here for few times but this is my first time with Executive Tower which has just been open for one and a half month. Room has same style/tone with Bay Tower and foul odor from its newness. I was upgraded to executive floor (without club access) on the first night. Wifi was extremely slow compared to other places even Bay Tower. Following morning, I informed this issue to Khun Bee expecting nothing. Couple of hours later, I got a call from hotel offering me to move to another suite room. I truly appreciated that team showed service minded action, They didn't let any issue go. I figured out later that Khun Bee is responsible for both towers. She really deserves this compliment. September 18, 2014

The staff at this hotel are warm, friendly and always on top of their game. I have never had a bad experience here. The hotel exceeds all other hotels in the chain for politeness and friendliness of the staff. They always remember you and always have the room ready. They are the best! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay in new Executive Tower Stayed at newly opened Executive Tower. Had a pleasant stay and had more privacy than main tower. Had an issue with check-out when Front Office stay charged my credit card twice, which I only discovered upon reaching home. Hotel was able to resolve this issue after re-checking with Front Office.
