Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Scott5568 Great Staff!
Best staff you will find!! My only issue with this hotel was the recognition of my IHG membership. I had to ask them if they even had it on file. Had to change rooms because of an issue with the room above me and kind of expected an upgrade but I was merely moved across the hall.
Again I love the staff and they make this hotel what it is!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shark15 Very clean and comfortable
We stayed at Holiday Inn when doing our diving certification and wanted to make sure that we sleep well as an all day out in the water can be tiring and the last thing you want is a noisy/dirty room.
Holiday Inn was very clean and comfortable. Loved the balcony - pretty good view of the sunset from there. Staff was very courteous too. They also had an excellent breakfast buffet.
It was a bit more pricey compared to some of the other hotels we've stayed in Thailand but then we had made a last minute booking.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TSK123 Clean and good sized room with a good location
Rooms have a balcony and I was fortunate to get a view south-west view of the bay. The balcony design allows you great privacy from other guests but does not sacrifice much of the view.
The rooms are clean and a good comfortable size. Only gripe might be that the flat panel TV is a bit too small but with a beach just across the road, the plan should be to spend as much time enjoying the outdoors. Only drawback was that the mini-bar in the room was empty but do note there are a couple of 24 hour convenience stores within walking distance.
There were a decent selection of hotel dining though I only participated in the breakfast. Breakfast had a good spread of food, from the more healthy choices to the more decadent ones. The live music from the beachfront eatery was good when we walked past.
The hotel included a fitness center with fairly new equipment but in good condition. I did not use the spa but my friends who did had no complaints and had a relaxing time.
The location is more secluded and quiet so for those who want to enjoy the beach and a few drinks later at night nearby, it is a good location. For those who like quicker access to the hustle and bustle of Walking Street, there are other hotel options further down the road. Though it is easy to get a cab or bus down to Walking Street, the traffic is generally bad at night hence it makes more sense to walk. The hotel is about 45 minutes walk away from the north entrance of Walking Street

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by selvan Great Room and View , Clean and so comfortable
Hi , Really Enjoyed my time over there in Pattaya , staffs were good and their services were impeccable .
What i would like to bring up here is that , this is my first time with Holiday Inn , as i usually stay with my company preferred hotels., I have never seen a hotel around Asia pacific region without breakfast and wireless connection.
Literally i could not digest the fact that i have to pay for breakfast and wireless which i have never experienced
I don't recommend this hotel because of this only one reason , otherwise everything is quality and completely satisfied
