I stayed in a corner room and enjyoed nice ocean view.
The only thing I was not satisfied is the noise insulation of windows. The traffic noise was too noisy for me.
The breakfast was so so. Torpical friuts must be provided more.

Immediately upon check-in I was recognized as a part of the Priority club. They upgraded me to a King Suite and the only Holiday Inn that I have stayed at with doorman. The room was nice and spacious. It also had great amenities. The gym and spa were fantastic. I would definitely book another stay if I were to visit this location again.

Pretty nice staff and service, really amazing sea view! And I think the room is a little bit small compare others Holiday Inn.

I have stayed in many hotels in Pattaya and I must say that, unless it's full, I always like to return to the Holiday Inn.
It is modern, clean and located in a relatively quite area of the city, but still on the beach front with great and relaxing view of the sea and few minutes from Pattaya's hot spots.
The staff has always been very nice and cooperative.
The only problem is availability during high season.

Stay at this this hotel , Febuary to early March , and i have to say , one of the best hotels i have stayed at. The service from start to finish was top class , the rooms were serviced to the highest standard , and i have to mention the barrier staff on the front gate , very helpful and so friendly. then i have to say the room service wow , food was as good as anywhere, Pattaya has to offer , and not to pricey . Thank you Holiday Inn for making my stay so enjoyable, and dont forget to check out the pizzas top notch

It was my second stay there. I was impressed the first time and must say that my expectations for the return visit were high. However, they managed to exceed them, still.
Upon arrival I was greeted by name, all my paperwork was done and I got the same room I had 3 months ago. (without requesting it)
That will be my Hotel of choice whenever I go to Pattaya.
Only gripe...pool and pool area are rather small.
