Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful room and comfortable bed. I arranged a room at the Holiday Inn for a romantic night with my wife. The room was very comfortable as well as the bed. The ice machine was not working on any floor but the staff was more than happy to bring us a bag of ice to chill our wine! I will stay there again. December 16, 2014

This place is an excellent value - nice and clean, comfortable and convenient, has all the amenities and a friendly staff. Elevators are a little slow but that's a great reason to use the stairs and get some exercise anyway. Will definitely stay again. December 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best darn staff in the North shore and possibly New England I am an educational consultant and the staff at the Peabody Holiday Inn welcomed me from the minute I arrived. I was treeated like a VIP, and I would like to thank the entire staff of the hotel. I could name everyone, but that would just be way too long. My daughter had a special rapport with the reservation and front desk person Mr. Lenny, and he treeated her like she was his own grand niece. What I loved about the Holiday Inn Peabody is that I felt like I was a part of their family, and they communicated that not just in the excellent service, but the rapport that we had on a daily basis. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful from Darrah to Amanda, to Enka , Franz and Rich, and the sales team, budgeted my stay so that 1. I was more than willing to jump on a great value, and 2. I already signed for next year. The business office of Andrea, Nicolete, Tamara and Eddie were the best people to work with. I plan to work with the Holiday Inn Peabody for many years to come. And I would also love to thank the GM, Mr. Sam. Thank you so much HI Peabody.....See you next year December 8, 2014
