Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SPIRE ELITE I am a SPIRE ELITE Member so I stay at a great deal of hotels in this program. This hotel is older and lacking and in need of everything being updated. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 5 years and the reason for that was the staff. They were always very welcoming/accommodating. The last 2 say stay not so much. I was informed they are going to be doing renovations and in the same breath they have taken away the breakfast benefit for all program members. I went down to workout and they offer two treadmills that are over 15 years old but ignored that since they offered the ability to use the anytime fitness nearby. They informed me that it is no longer available, This town is a golf cart community and my family and I have used the hotels golf cart at least 10 times and we went to the front desk and asked if we could use it and they said I would have to rent by the hour. I will never stay at this hotel again! February 1, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable suite for leisure and travel Very clean room and bathroom. The hotel is super close to a Shell gas station and plaza. So it is convenient to get anything nearby. 30 min drive to Atlanta airport. So it is a good place for business accommodation. Staff are very nice and helpful. January 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Holiday Inn we look forward to visiting The staff is very friendly and attentive. They remember us although we might not be there for months. We like getting the special Rewards parking spot and hearing how our points are adding up when we check into the hotel. I love all of the extra, very soft pillows on the bed. The breakfast room staff is attentive and free with our Rewards status. There is always fresh fruit and a variety of cereals that work for people on special diets. January 12, 2016
