This was seemingly brand new facility with nice lobby, and nice sports bars restaurant on premise with good food and a room set up very well for the business traveler. Very convenient to Airport and Jackson State U. Braves Minor league team across the street is a bonus. May 15, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel, great restaurant/bar, and great service We had a group reservation for our baseball team and the service before our stay and while we were there was excellent! The hotel is new and really nice and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was great! We enjoyed the restaurant bar for dinner too. Highly recommend this hotel! March 22, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected Front desk was slightly snotty in attitude. I had an issue which was not their fault so I do not blame them at all for this but their attitude was horrible. Also, the air conditioning/heat unit did not work at all and after the experience up front, I did not want to even ask the front desk for help. There were stains on the walls and counter tops that merely needed to be cleaned. Also, all the pillows felt exactly the same although they were marked soft and firm. Way overpriced for what I got. As a gold member, there is no breakfast or other amenities other than a horrible bag of cheap vending machine type cookies that I threw away. Yuck. My company lives and breathes on reviews so I am always hesitant to write a bad one. That's how unhappy I was with this stay. I stay at Holiday Inn chains all the time and usually am very happy with the amenities and service. March 18, 2013
