As always, the staff is helpful and friendly. Easy check-in and out. Facility is VERY clean (even the corners of the room). Great food at the resturant and I always look forward to my stay.

Even though there are other , more convenient Holiday Inn locations near where I was working, I prefer to stay at this location because it is clean, friendly ,and consistent service.

Everything was great with the exception of the elevator. Being that it is new it does not feel new. Makes some noises and really jumps when you want to go up. Do not expect that with new equipment. Other then that my stay was great and the staff: fantastic!!!

We arrived Christmas Eve, put our bags in our room and then spent the evening with our family. Upon arriving back later than evening, tired and ready for bed, our first indicator that something was wrong was a sticky closet door handle, and a discarded apple juice bottle on the floor in the closet. Afterward, we pulled back our sheets, only to find a giant brown spot on the underside of the blanket, and a few inches away a black spot. We called the front desk and the nice gentleman asked if we wanted to move across the hall. We did so only to be greeted by more black stains on the under side of those sheets. The gentleman then had us go back to our original room and spent a few minutes searching for a room with clean beds. While I did not watch what he was doing, he was gone a while, and I heard several doors opening and closing, in what was an almost completely deserted hotel. He finally came back a few minutes later and said he had found a room and checked the sheets personally. We checked them as well and found them acceptable and moved our stuff. All in all this really put a damper on our evening and we felt pretty disgusted and grossed out the rest of our stay.

Front desk for both check in and out was great. Service in the resturant was terrible. I was the fourth person in the whole resturant for breakfast. One gentleman was paying his check, another was eating his breakfast and the third had just placed his order. I sat for ten minutes and was not even greeted. Went else where as I needed to start my day. I will stay here when in the area but will probibly have breakfast elsewhere.

EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT, BUT THE PRICING IS SO MUCH HIGHER AT THIS PROPERTY THAN ANY OTHER FEDEX APPROVED HOLIDAY INN ??? WILL PROBABLY PREVENT ME FROM STAYING THERE, NOT COMPARABLE TO THE OTHER HOTELS IN THE PEARL AREA .. THX, MCM

This hotel had much that I needed including the inhouse Bar and Grill that has monster burgers. My stay was quite enjoyable with a friendly staff.

Your hotel did not honor my Government rate, I have never been turn down at any other hotel that I have stay at.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at.
Personnel very freindly and courtious, great rooms, beds were very comfortable.
Most restaurants in hotels are over priced and uninviting....not this one...excellent for the traveler.
Actually pleasantly surprised...period.
