Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not friendly to Rewards Members When I checked in on April 21, all they asked for was my ID and Credit Card. No good evening or anything. After she ran my credit card and filled out paperwork, I received my key and that was it. I am a Gold Member and was NOT recognized as one. After relaxing for a few, I went back downstairs to make sure my rewards number was listed. That was when they say thank you for being a Gold Member. Also, the pool and hot tub were very filthy. The hot tub had a very bad stench to it 2 nights in a row. I said something to the staff, but all they did was write it in a book. I won't be staying here again until the staff can learn to be more friendly. April 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a great night's sleep This Holiday Inn is an outstanding property with a full service restaurant and lounge. It is sleek, modern and totally inviting. But the main reason to stay is that the rooms are delightful and well designed for a great night's sleep. Our hotel was full and yet I never heard a sound. Walls and halls are well-built to ensure maximum quiet and that's what counts. That and the great staff who are always smiling and helpful. April 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Deal Overall this was a great deal. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only complaint was the bed was rough. It had a "pillow top" but it was very thin and worn out. It was very uncomfortable to both my husband and I. However, because location, staff,rooms, and restaurant were great I would still say this was a very good deal. April 15, 2015
