The staff at this hotel does a great job and the food is very good. Great place to stay while in Pensacola.

I travel fro a living and I stay where I am treated good and the hotel staff here does a great job of taking care of my needs and always has my paper work done so I do not have to stand and wait at the front desk.

The food/service (including room service) is the best we have experienced, at a roadside motel, in many years of traveling. The hotel location, room size and comfort, etc., is way above average .
Portions of the surounding neighborhood are badly in need of re-hab, not the motels fault.

I stay in many Holiday Inn's and Holiday Inn Express hotels (Gold Member) this is by far my favorite!!! I also eat breakfast at their restaurant (I order off the menu) and the service is great and food is fresh and delicious! Thanks for your perfect service each time.

We enjoyed this stay very much; the room was large and comfortable. We were traveling to IL and and stay a 3rd night because of snow storm going across the mid west. Would recommends to friends and family.

I love this hotel. I visit family in Pensacola frequently. I've tried other hotels in the area. At Holiday Inn, I feel safe and pampered. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Overall, I always have a pleasant, comfortable stay and this is why I keep coming back. The Wednesday night appetizer/wine/beer event is a blast. The hotel is spotless, and the exercise room is adequate for my needs. I have stayed here alone several times, and as a single woman I need to feel safe where I stay - this hotel is safe and I know the staff would help me out if necessary. You can't go wrong here, people!

Excellent accommodations. great room very clean. Got a great nights rest. Hard to get into because of traffic patterns but not a show-stopper. Young man at front desk must have been having a bad day, he was not pleasant and did not smile. Cameron I think was his name.

Would highly recommend this Holiday Inn. It was wonderful to have a restaurant that served great, freshly cooked food and also to have a fun, comfortable cocktail lounge to relax in. So many hotels have done away with restaurants and especially cocktail lounges. It was so nice to be able to get out of our room and relax with drinks and good food. Compliments to the entire staff at this facility!!!
