When I checked in on April 21, all they asked for was my ID and Credit Card. No good evening or anything. After she ran my credit card and filled out paperwork, I received my key and that was it. I am a Gold Member and was NOT recognized as one. After relaxing for a few, I went back downstairs to make sure my rewards number was listed. That was when they say thank you for being a Gold Member. Also, the pool and hot tub were very filthy. The hot tub had a very bad stench to it 2 nights in a row. I said something to the staff, but all they did was write it in a book. I won't be staying here again until the staff can learn to be more friendly.

This Holiday Inn is an outstanding property with a full service restaurant and lounge. It is sleek, modern and totally inviting. But the main reason to stay is that the rooms are delightful and well designed for a great night's sleep. Our hotel was full and yet I never heard a sound. Walls and halls are well-built to ensure maximum quiet and that's what counts. That and the great staff who are always smiling and helpful.

Overall this was a great deal. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only complaint was the bed was rough. It had a "pillow top" but it was very thin and worn out. It was very uncomfortable to both my husband and I. However, because location, staff,rooms, and restaurant were great I would still say this was a very good deal.

Everything was above average well beyond our expectation ... heated pool, spa and a shower with a temperature regulator
the only hic is the not included breafast

This is what you want and expect from a 3 star hotel
Clean, efficient, good food, attentive staff, good sleep and thank you for the refrigerator.
I drink water all day and travel with a case
Its nice to have a place to get them cold for the next day
Nice TV in room
What else do you want?
