Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The Rooms Looked Tired This is an aging property that is in need of updates. The room was a bit noisy, the hallways smelled musty. I was shocked to learn there were no refrigerators and no microwave ovens. While I don't usually need or use the oven, I need a fridge for my meds. Luckily it was a cold night and I used my car to keep things cold. That wouldn't have worked in the summer. December 22, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Upset frequent visitor First off I would like to say, in the past 3 months I have stayed at this hotel several times. In November alone I stayed 3 weekends out of 4. And the experience was awesome as usual and I recommend this hotel to several of my friends.So to write this review breaks my heart. I am not sure what the issue was this past weekend, but it was a nightmare for my family and I. First our bed was so uncomfortable we could not sleep, when we told the front desk about it they sent maintenance up to fix it. But it was still uncomfortable. When we told the front desk about it again they only took off 25 dollars off our bill. more. Second my son was in a smoking room and the cable was out. The next morning we told the front desk. they said they had a room with easy access outside and with cable so we, changed his room to a first floor room which would have been great if cable was working in that room . but it was not, We told the front desk ,they only took 10 dollars off his room and gave us breakfast passes which was no use to us considering we had to be on he road at a certain time. Again, as frequent visitors to this hotel and gold member's I feel the hotel should have done more to accommodate us. I also fell that on this visits the staff was less friendly then usual. It seemed to me that the front desk act like it killed them to help us out. I am unsure when i come back to Toledo next month that I will be staying at the french quarters. I may have to try another hotel that will accommodate my family and I. I cant believe how disappointed I am and feel very hurt our favorite place treated us this way. December 19, 2014
