Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected. I was promised a room overlooking the atrium, as I intended to also utilize it as a meeting room. It was not. It was very far away, was accessed from the parking lot. I had to make other plans. When I got to the room, I called the desk and informed them that there were absolutely no towels. They said I'd have some shortly. After 30 minutes, when no towels arrived, I had to walk to the laundry and request some. This made me late for the banquet I was there to attend, and my seat was given away. The room was cold due to the wind coming in around the door. I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in several years; I had heard good things about this which prompted me to give it a try. In the future, I will definitely have to consider driving back home Saturday evening & returning Sunday for my meeting, rather than going through this again. February 27, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Loud and Outdated We had to stay for one night while some work was being done on our basement. The pool and hot tub area was nice for the children. That was about the extent of the nice things I have to say. The check in process took forever- the woman who checked us in originally sent us to a room that already had guests in it. Once we got a new room (after I repeated three times to three different employees that yes, there were other guests in that room), we were directed to a new room outside of the pool area near an outside exit. This was the loudest hotel room location I have EVER stayed in. All we heard all night long was people going in and out of their rooms, the building, and the pool area. The hotel room was outdated, with the wallpaper peeling and the rug and furniture worn. There were lots of pillows on the beds, which was nice. I was never once asked by the staff during my stay how my visit was. I was sorely disappointed by my stay and will not recommend this hotel to friends or family ever again, as I have in the past. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hot tub experience I was very displeased with my hot tub experience. There were way too many children under the age of 10 in the tub WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. The staff was more concerned with drinks in the tub than the amount of unsupervised children in the tub. I hope this is rectified before my next stay at your facility. February 22, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing special This was my third time staying at this particular hotel. The last two time we were treated like royalty. The last time we even had a little welcome bag with some snacks and water. This time we were treated like we were staying at a $25 hotel. The front desk was on a hurry to check us in and did not explain any details of amenities. Pretty disappointing especially being an IHG club member. January 29, 2014
