Time to move into the next century since the older generation that rents rooms can be a little more comfortable in there stay. August 20, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean rooms Clean rooms, I requested a room near the activities that I needed to be in and it was just right. The beds were comfortable, tv worked... but no complimentary microwave or refrigerator which should have been in the room. Check in was a nightmare but it was only because of a "NEW POLICY" that they just thought up and didn't notify me. It was straightened out however. August 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not What I Expected! I stay at IHG hotels all the time and when my husband and I wanted a night away I started looking into using my rewards points for a free night. I choose this hotel because I have heard so many wonderful things about it. Check in was good...staff was pleasant. We got to our room and wasn't sure if it had been cleaned or not... soap wrappers on the bathroom floor, no amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, and there were NO bars of soap!! Not very clean room at all.... Then we go to sleep around midnight and around an hour later someone is banging on the door and yelling something. It woke and scared both myself and my husband. He got up and looked out, but no one was around... after that we had a hard time sleeping. When checking out the staff asked how our stay was. I told her about the problems we had and she acted like "Oh Well" attempt to apologize. Needless to say, we won't book this hotel again! August 16, 2015
