Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Nice room but when do we eat breakfast?
I found it very pleasing that they have an (adults only) floor for travelers like me who don’t need the noise of families with kids. They acknowledged me as a platinum member and gave me a coupon for free hot breakfast. I went down to eat slightly before 9:30AM and was surprised to see that they had put away the Breakfast buffet and were setting out food for the Lunch buffet. Who ever heard of breakfast ending before 9:30AM? What really freaks me out is that they were putting out the Lunch Buffet before 9:30AM. I was completely freaked out and went down the road to have breakfast at Roy Rogers. I don’t know about you but if they are that far off on the times to put out the proper foods for breakfast and lunch, I would be afraid to eat anything there. I sure wont eat the breakfast if I ever stay there again let alone the lunch! I felt like I was in the twilight zone! I checked my watch three times to make sure I had landed in the same time zone (eastern) that I left from the day before. I even went back to see what food they were putting out at 9:25AM and sure enough, it was food for the lunch buffet. I switched hotels that morning to the Holiday Inn across the street. Hot breakfast is served up till 10:00AM there.

There don't seem to be that many of these left, but this one's great. Property has been very well maintained and is completely remodeled and up to date. Great staff, super location in Perrysburg, near to new retail locations. Comfortable during the summer, and great during the winter when it can nasty weather-wise outside.
Just down the road from the turnpike and 10 minutes from downtown. 'Nuff said

I booked room a few months prior to my stay. I was part of a group for Womens State Bowling Tourniment. I booked SMOKING rooms for all (4 rooms). When I arrived I was given my key went to my room to discover it was not a smoking room. I was never informed that room were converted prior to my arrival. I was very uspet, went to desk to find out why I did not have smoking rooms and then was informed of the change. The desk staff did not seem concered or care that I was not happy with the situation. As I was walking away I heard the "desk manager" complaining about my attitude. I did have an attitued, I feel I should have been informed before I got to the hotel or at least before I went to my room when we checked in. We were placed in the middle of "romper room" The beds are small. I was told there were 2 queen beds in room and actually there were 2 full size beds. I did not enjoy my stay and will not return

My room experience was less than acceptable at the hotel. When I booked the room I asked for a upper level room not by the pool b/c chlorine bothered my breathing. Yet, when we checked in we were placed in a first floow room that opened up to the Holidom pool area. When I asked at the desk about the room, I was told that it did not open to the pool. The door was down a hallway. While true, the room had a sliding glass door that opened up to the pool. We tried the room, but after a night could not make it work. The next morning the staff nicely said they would work with us and found a new room as we left for a soccer tournament. When we returned we discovered that the room was a smoking room. The staff did not mentioned this to us. The room smelled terrible, but now the place was full and we were stuck. How it could possible make sense to move from a over chlorinated room to a smoking room is hard to figure. How the room could be used by any nonsmoker is unimaginable. Again the staff tried to help with air freshner and an atomizer. It did not help, and no one with any intelligence would think it would. I do not know if the staff was naive or was just blowing sunshine when the "tried to help."

We had the driest chicken dinners that my wife and I ever had. The worst chicken marsala I've even had. It was red like BQ.
Waitress said that is the way they make it. My wife had Jay's
chicken and it was red and dry. Many years ago your restaurant was the highest rated in the Holiday Inn chain but not now.
The room was old. The bathroom was small and the room had
spiders. The bed next to the bathroom squeaked every time I moved.
The won't 't be back..

Have been staying @ this facilities for 2 0r 3 years now on my frequent trips to Toledo. The hospitality staff, led by Greg, Delores, Chris, and others rates among the best I have encountered.

Great for family time. Adult pool was very nice also. If you are there for an adult getaway, make sure you tell them at check in that you are there to relax and ASK for room that is in a quieter area / not a kid zone. But definitely make sure you visit with your kids another time so you can enjoy that too.
