Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by poor service from front desk I had to leave unplanned on Saturday due to work. I had paid for 2 nights and called the front desk and explained my situation to them. They said the reservation person was not there. I asked to have someone call me to see if I could have Saturday's night refunded. As of writing this (Thursday) no one has attempted to contact me. When I tried to check in Friday; my room was not available and they could not tell me when it would be available.They took my number and said they would call me when room was ready. No one ever tried to contact me. 3 hours later I checked back in and my room was ready. February 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by disappointing experience Waited in line for 20 minutes to check in Room was not ready 1 hour after check Full trash bags lined the hallways once we got to our 2 rooms, one of them smelled badly, we had to change rooms Poor service. Bill brought before our food. Waited 40 minutes for breakfast. We have been to this location before and it was very pleasurable. Very disappointed this time. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre Service and Not Clean I was there 2/19 and 2/20; both times I visited the front desk I had to wait awhile until a staff person came from the back room to assist. Both times this was in the early evening, not in the middle of the night. Moreover, there were large conferences there and one would expect the staffing to meet the customer needs. Housekeeping didn't get to my room until 5:00 PM, made the bed and didn't empty the trash. I had to make 4 calls to obtain my folio for the checkout, the first call went unanswered, the next two sent the folio to the wrong e-mail. The hotel is dirty, especially the hallways and stairs. The hotel has seen better days and needs a facelift. February 22, 2015
