need to advise customers flying in, that the bus picks up at departures level.
Hotel wi fi not working, provider issue but still inconvenient. One lift not working, no bar open despite timings.
Would not give me water, wanted to sell me water.
Breakfast coffee and orange juice very poor quality.
Would i stay again, probably not

The front desk staff (gentlemen) was extremely friendly and helpful. The (lady) staff member not so helpful. NO INTERNET SERVICE DURING MY STAY WAS EXTREMELY INCONVIENENT. Room was nice. Did not eat breakfast.
Did not recognize me as a platinum member or offer and amenities or extra points.
