Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad Close to the main highway. Clean, staff was nice. This hotel should include breakfast with the room though. Also, bottled water would be nice. Rooms are small and if you use the sofa bed, you will not have a comfortable sleep. December 2, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 some staffs are unfriendly I feel very uncomfortable everyday morning because the hotel staff serving at breakfast resturant always gave a cool eye on me and are very unfriendly. I don't know why he did that way maybe just because the job is annoying for him? Or because I am not a French. Also, I remembered that the breakfast is included, but when I check out, the staff told me it is not, although nobody during this week remind me at breakfast this is chargable. But interetingly there is no way that I can verify my initial booking condition in the system myself. IHG should improve this. October 17, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Value for money but far from city centre Good overall experience and cost was very affordable if you book in advance. Good breakfast choices. However, there limited public transport facility around and taxi costs quite a lot. The hotel is a bit far from city centre and Gare St Jean. September 4, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Experience with a IHG property in my life! Upon my arrival the elevators broke. Hotel management was unable to fix the elevators in two days! That´s unseen in a world-class Hotel. We stayed two days and it was starway up and stairway down every time we needed t leave the room We booked two rooms and in one of them Air Conditioning did not work. After two days and repeated complaints the problem was not fixed. Second night was terrible. The TV set did not work one of the rooms and again the management was unable to fix it. Recommendtion to IGH: change the management of this property immediately. August 22, 2013

Arriving on a Saturday evening, we were slightly bemused to find out that the hotel restaurant was closed, however, this turned out to be an advantage as the very helpful receptionist pointed us in the direction of the local eateries which proved to be most excellent. All in all, all the staff we encountered were brilliant and extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choice. August 20, 2013
