Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by ok comfort i would not stay at this location again. the comfort and room had the smell of smoke as well as mildew and wet smell. I could not breath when i turned the air condition off and with the air condition the wet and mildrew smell was bad. I had to keep spraying the room with lysol and room fresher. The carpet was dirty and needed to be shampooed and fresh. if it had not been for me being there with my family reunion, i would not have stayed there. The staff was very helpful and friendly and served with a smile. July 30, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by WONDERFUL FOOD THE BREAKFAST BUFFET AND DINNER THAT WAS SERVED FOR THE BANQUET WAS WONDERFUL. HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND NEAT ON THE INSIDE. THE OUTSIDE WINDOWS NEED SOME CLEANING SOME OF THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE. July 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room was in need of up-grade. My wife and I were visiting Philadelphia with our thirteen year old granddaughter who is wheelchair bound so we needed an "accessable" room. The handicapped bathroom has only one hand rail at the toilet instead of two for balance, so someone had to stand next to her and hold her hand while on the toilet. The shower area was fine if we wanted to bathe her sitting in her chair. We would have preferred a stool or seat instead of getting the seat and back of the chair soaking wet with nothing dry for her to sit on when finished bathing.The bathroom needs a small vanity or atleast a small shelf for toilettries--don't forget there is more than one person using this bathroom. The beds need new mattresses--they're old and sag in the middle. The carpet is stained and has holes that were sewed but the seams are pulling apart. One lamp for light between two beds makes reading anything in bed impossible. I was very disappointed to find out that I was in Philadelphia and couldn't watch the Phillies on tv,--unless we went to the bar. Not everyone who visits your hotel are "bar people" especially when they have a 13 year old or children with them who need to be in bed. What made the hotel stay bareable were the employees. They were most helpful, courtious, pleasant and couldn't do enough to assist us and our grand daughter. From the restaurant to housekeeping they were "five star". July 26, 2015
