Generally I have stayed in other hotels, but this hotel blew the others out of the water! Excellent front desk staff, extremely comfortable room and amenities I never expected. Will be staying/ looking at Holiday Inn much more often!

Booked stay for 2 nights Jan 12th thru 14th After 1st night of no sleep due to air conditioner not working (Room 137) I asked front desk to have someone come check it while I was out working all the next day..Never happened..got back and no air....so once again no sleep. To add insult..when they cleaned my room they threw away my food and drink which I had inside the refrigerator..and to top it all off they billed the second night at a higher rate which was not correct..so I asked at check out why and they said it was their fault and that the rates and computers get messed up when the hotel is full????..so they gave me a 10.14 credit but the over billing was for 27.00??? wow I guess I should have been thankful??. I was insulted and just left this place..I am a Platinum member and stay in a lot of IHG properties...This one is the worst of the worst and they simply do not care on so many levels. I am done with IHG.

Hotel is well located, quiet, but accessible to the Phoenix metropolitan area. I enjoyed my stay in the balance.

Great location, athmosphere, staff and price....... They don't offer free breakfast but the room had a kitchenette equipped with dishes and silverware (even pots and pans) so you can cook there

This was me and my husband's second year staying at your hotel for a New Year's Eve party. Everything was fine except the room was freezing cold when we arrived at 11:30 a.m. I called the front desk twice to complain and was told I would be called back. But I never was. On our way out to dinner around 3 pm I informed the desk clerk that the room was cold and he said he would take care of it immediately. When we returned from dinner around 5:30 the room was nice and toasty.
We then went to the ballroom at 7:30 p.m. we found that room was also freezing. It remained that way the entire night. Many of us had to keep our coats on the entire night.
We had breakfast in your restaurant the next morning around 9 am and the room was freezing as well.
I'm not sure was the problem is with your heating system. We are seriously thinking of not attending next year's celebration if it is held there.
