Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room, courtyard and atmosphere. Overall great experience. However, when it came time to have dinner at the bar area by the check-in desk, it was clear the wait staff was understaffed. Drink refills were non-existent and had to ask for check. Observed another couple who had to insist the waiter wipe down the table before they ate. I continued to observe this after dinner as I was having drinks. One waiter to take care of all customers at tables inside, in courtyard and delivering room service. Perhaps someone called in sick and they were short handed. However, even the bartender would disappear into kitchen for long periods too leaving bar patrons with empty glasses. Was he doing the cooking too? February 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good Location, Comfortable and Relaxing Hotel Daimon Parker was our first contact and he made us feel very welcome. We had a two bedroom suite. The room was very dated - poor lighting. The curtains and rug were very dated!! Nice layout though. The courtyard was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside and having our supper. The service at the lounge was terrible. There were only one other couple in the lounge and it took them about 45 minutes to bring our food. No one checked to make sure we were OK. We waited for someone to come and pick up our dishes or ask if we wanted another drink etc. We finally left went to our room; we were in bed when we received a phone call stating they wanted our signature for the food. Interesting! The next morning we had breakfast – nothing special. The price was right. The shuttle to and from the airport was punctual and the drivers were great! February 25, 2015
