The drawbacks are very thin walls in the batthroom and noise from the hallway can easily be heard in the room, at least the room I was in on the third floor. The noise ended up keeping us up the two nights we were there. The room was clean the staff was friendly but were not able to do much about noise issues. February 10, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good except for house keeping schedule Ok, David at the front desk (at check in) was awesome. Personable, energetic, and had a willingness to help. The room was clean and the AC worked well. Here was my issue. House keeping seemed to start between 8-9am. So knowing we were heading out to breakfast around 8am, and planning on stopping back by the room for about 30 minutes before heading out for the entire day (barrett jackson car auctions) i left my do not disturb sign up, so as they would not be cleaning my room the 30 min I would need it around 9:30-10am. The first day upon my return to room at 9:30am, they had left a note stating my sign was up, and they would check back again at 11:30, if sign was still up, they would leave supplies at front desk and not enter room. IF My sign should stay up for 3 days in a row, they would enter room regardless to clean and maintain their standards. So when I left for the day at 10:15am I took down my do not disturb sign. Upon returning at 10pm, the room was not clean,so they never did check back at 11:30 obviously. Same thing the next day, we return from breakfast to clean up a bit, and leave for the day to find another note. This time, I advised the cleaning staff I found in the hall I was leaving for the DAY at 11am, and they could enter the room. (sign was down) Upon my return at 9PM they had not entered room to clean it. So admittedly, I did not allow them access to my room until after 10:15am-11am, but perhaps some people sleep in? Some like myself have breakfast and go back for 30 minutes, but apparently if you want your room serviced at this hotel, it must be between 8am and 10am in the morning or they won't do it. I did exchange some towels on my 2nd day, but otherwise received no service to my room over my 3 nights because of this. All said, the hotel was nice, staff was nice, but perhaps they should plan on cleaning rooms after people have left for the day, not before 10am? February 4, 2016
