Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 I liked the choice of soft or firm pillows I was on the District Court rate so the value was very good for me. the court paid. Brealkfast was sell staffed and prepared. we shall return. I do not like to have agree to term and conditions. November 23, 2014

I left a item behind in the room and was pretty sure I would not be able to get it back. I called the hotel and the front desk associate was amazing. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BEST customer service and comfort. Upon arriving, it was a bit chaotic. There was only one guy working the front desk and it was crowded with people. When he finally got to attend us, he explained how sorry he was about the wait and that it had been crazy because of graduations and other events occuring in the area. Check in was not until 3pm and we arrived at 1pm so we did not mind the craziness. The worker, Julio, was the sweestest guy ever! He struck conversation with us asking why we were in the area and we explained we were there for the Cardinals vs. Eagles football game. He joked with us and explained how he was a huge Cardinals fan. We talked with him for a while and he ended up giving us coupons for free drinks at the bar as well as breakfast buffet coupons. We are 2 broke college kids so having Julio do something like this for us was the nicest gesture we could have asked for.. We arrived in our room (with early check-in) and it was amazing. There was a king size bed, a nice sized TV, wifi was given, and the room had a mini fridge. The air conditioner took a while to cool down, but it eventually got nice in the room. Later on, we realized we had forgotten toothpaste as well as razors and shaving cream. The hotel offers these amenities for free so once again Julio hooked us up with the travel-size items that we needed to be comfortable with our stay. The next morning, as we walked out, he was at the front desk and we thanked him for his generosity. I just want to compliment him for the exceptional service he provided us. We will always choose this Holiday Inn when coming to the area from now on. Thanks again, Julio! Only downfall about this place is that they do not answer their front desk phone. I called multiple times on the drive there to get directions and it would keep ringing and nobody would ever answer. Not sure if it is broken or what, but the corporate number was able to help me out with what I needed. November 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable bed and pillows...slept like a baby I have stayed here many times and the friendliness of the staff is great! If you have a problem they correct it. The rooms are quiet and the beds are very comfortable and the selection of pillows is great! The rest I receive spending the night here is fantastic! November 5, 2014
