Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Night's Sleep I've never had a better night's sleep at a Holiday Inn Hotel. The service staff is very friendly. The selections at the breakfast buffet allowed me to keep to my diet and the quality of the food was great. The only real disappointment was the parking. The parking lot in front of the hotel was very small and was always full. Most of the time we had to park in the parking structure behind the hotel which was behind the Holiday Inn, which had no security whatsoever. I would have felt very unsafe if I were alone and would have not wanted to park my personal vehicle in that structure. If it weren't for the parking issue, I would have given it a very high rating. For an older hotel, the Holiday Inn - North Phoenix was in great shape and offered better than average service. December 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good experience for my business The staff at the hotel are very attentive and extremely friendly and welcoming. Manny at the front desk always greets me with a smile and and treats me with respect. The service staff for breakfast and the bar and lounge, especially Melissa, are friendly and provide great service. The only complaint I have is that the room temperature is usually hard to control and can be either a little too hot or too cold. I feel for the lobby staff because the temperature in the lobby can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Overall my experience at this hotel is always very pleasant. December 1, 2014
