The hair dryer did not work, and the desk chair was broken. I told the front desk. They did replace te hair dryer, but not the desk chair. September 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by stay at Pigeion Forge, TN Very happy with this hotel. Relaxing, comfortable bed, quiet rooms. Only problem the veneer on the bathroom door is peeling from the bottom. Bathroom was small, but clean. Loved the pool area and lobby. Free hot coffee in the morning also. Easy to get in and out of parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. They kept using southern nicknames, like sweetpea and darling! I loved it! September 23, 2014

This room was part of a promotion so, we didn't really pay much for it. The bathroom was clean, the complimentary coffee was great and much needed and the room served its purpose. August 29, 2014

Hair dryer did not work in 2 of the 3 rooms we stayed in. housekeeping supervisor barged into our room and told me were to have checked out hours ago. We wondered why our room was not cleaned. I told her we had three rooms and one room had checked out. we had the right bill under our door. She said harshly she would have to check with the front desk. We are not the kind of clients that try to cheat hotels or restaurant. When checked she stated that it was a mistake by the desk. By that time were tired and asked for clean towels they did offer to clean the room. The bathroom wallpaper was in disrepair. The lobby and pool are were excellent. We stayed in an Holiday Inn Jacksonville Florida in April. The location was about a mile from St. Vincents Hospital Southside and it was beautiful good service, good breakfast, well decorated and in excellent condition. We were expecting the same and were disappointed. August 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Visiting Smokey Mountains I was driving from Washington DC to visit Smokey Mountains and ended up booking a hotel stay at Pigeon Forge instead of Gatlinburg and must say that was a better decision. There is much more to do in this town and the price of the hotels are cheaper. Holiday inn at Pigeon Forge is a really nice place and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. August 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wrong sized beds and inferior service I booked 2 Queen beds and our room had 2 full. We stayed 6 nights and was placed on the 5th floor and the far end. I booked ahead of time and was told upon arrival this was the only room left. Only 1 dryer worked. Was told continental breakfast was included. It was for $10. Then one day they didn't even have that. Only half the jets worked in hot tub. My blue silk pillow case was stolen. (They found and mailed back to me) The air conditioning was mediocre. One desk staff was rude. Some days we didn't get clean cups or supplies in our room. Not enough outlet plugs. My husband and I are platinum members and this is the worse service We ever received at a Holiday Inn. DISAPPOINTED! August 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and comfortable bed I was pleasantly pleased to walk into the Holiday Inn at Pigeon Forge to see such well appointed areas in the main entrance, restaurant, and swimming pool areas. The check in procedure was handled professionally with a quick check-in and assistance in answering any questions about the directions that we had for visiting the near-by attractions. Our location to the attractions was perfect and the hostess directed us to the Trolley System that runs from this location to most stops at the attractions we were visiting-saving us parking expenses and the frustration of parking. We exhausted ourselves with Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Cade's Cove for two days and knew at the end of each day of touring that we had a comfortable hotel to return to. Thanks Holiday Inn staff at Pigeon Forge, Tenn. P.S. The only reason I rated at 4 on the Overall Experience is that the hotel needs to be refreshed which only says there are signs of wear on the bathroom fixtures, carpet, and paint, time for remodeling Holiday Inn! I also usually have trouble sleeping with light peeping trough curtains an doors. Slept like a baby. Hall ways were a little too warm for my comfort. No mixed drinks served . August 21, 2014
