the management and staff of this hotel was far and above any we have encountered in our previous stays at any hotels anywhere in our travels. Ms. Andrea called prior to our arrival to make certain our rom location would be acceptable for us. upon our arrival we was shown friendly courteous greeting to assure our comforts and needs were met.
My wife received an injury to her knee on a ski lift during our stay in the city. Ms. Andrea and Mr. Adams both went out of their way to make a wheel chair available to my wife on our return to the hotel to assure of her health and comfort. We are so very appreciative of the care and assistance shown to us by both management and staff of this hotel. can never thank them enough other than to recommend them and this hotel to our friends and neighbors who be visiting Pigeon Forge Tennessee in the future. We have stopped here several times and whilst the rooms are good and comfortable I found the food expensive and not great. Fortunately there is a vast choice elsewhere in walking distance. Great place to stop during visits to the Smokeys.

The outside appearance was great. As you walk in to the hotel the appearance was beautiful and inviting with the fireplace burning. The staff was most helpful and very efficient. Our only complaint was the heating system in our room. To begin with it seemed ok for a little while but then it started acting up. We could no regulate the temperature in the room at all. It went off and on all night and the sound and noise from it was getting worse each time. It was so loud that neither one of us could get any sleep at all. It was continuous.

Good location in Pigeon Forge. Nice Lobby. Rest of hotel need remodeling. Room furniture and carpet are old. Bath fixtures, floor and ceiling are old and dirty. Employees are nice.

I have nothing negative that can be said about the hotel
or the staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to help
with any request. We are night people; and about one
a.m., my husband needed change for the vending
machine. There was a front desk clerk available to help him. Restaurant staff took very good care of us at every
meal we had there. Breakfast buffet was above and

This is an old hotel in dire need of a renovation.
The mattresses are very old. The carpet in the room is old and dirty. The ac/heat unit is very loud.
The hot water in the bathroom shower did not work.
I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again.

This is a great property and the common areas are very nice. The staff was excellent. The rooms however were double beds instead of queens (with a family of 4) and the air didn't work. The bathrooms were small with peeling paint and the shower curtain rod falling down. The indoor swimming area was great... except the pool had sand in the bottom and the entire ceiling was peeling off in sheets. This property has a lot of potential if someone came in and took care of it.
