On booking prior to our arrival, we had booked three room with all king beds. Upon arrival we were provided only with two king beds and a room with double beds.
On our first day, we saw the waterfall on near the pool. On the second day we noted the waterfall was off. Upon inquiring with thw front desk Mr. Frank, he informed us that it was not working. The Manager Mr. Adam also informed us that it was not working for a while. When we informed him that we sighted it working on the first day, he was at a loss for words and informed us that it should have not been switched on. He then made a face when we had turned which was seen by a relative. Disappointing behavior for a manager.
After we left the hotel, we found that our son had forgotten his toy in the room. We spoke with a Ms. Kathyln who informed us that she would check and to call back later. When we called back the next day, she was rude and told us not to call back.
Our experience with the staff in other Holiday Inns during our Holiday have been much much more pleasant. Sadly this is located in a high tourist location.

We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express many times and never had a bad mattress, but this mattress was bad and the staff could remedy the situation.

The front desk was on top of my every need. They gave perfect directions to my inquiries and were fun to talk with about anything.

Hotel is at a great location. Central to most everything in Pigeon Forge, and only 5 miles or so from Gatlinburg. The indoor pool was great for all hours of the day, and likely for the colder seasons. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative, and always looked to insure we had what we needed.

Had a wonderful experience here. No complaints what so ever! I really liked their customer service. Each time I was walking up to the front desk, a man (I believe was a manager- I wish I got his name!) would jump up out of his seat and greet me before I had to bother someone. They were eager to help and were overall genuinely happy. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

They need to shampoo their carpet in all rooms and the hallway ,and turn the ac in the elevator.And do not charge for breakfast!!!
I would not go to this location again and I have told other people do not go.
