Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Beautiful Hotel building, average rooms. Rooms looked Ok but a problem with the heater as explained earlier. Overall stay was unpleasant to say the least, when you don't sleep, you aren't very happy. November 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Nice clean hotel We stayed here for one night, just a weekend getaway to Dollywood and to see the Christmas lights. The hotel exterior and lobby are well maintained, nice parking lot with plenty of space. The lady at check in was very courteous, gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. We were warned about a frat party going on, but we never heard any noise, the rooms seem well insulated. The room was adequate, large enough and clean, but extra outlets are few and far between. I like to charge my phone on the nightstand but i had to leave it on the desk, out of reach. I know this is subjective but the mattress was too soft, not enough support. The pillows seemed lumpy. Perhaps it was just this room? All in all i would stay here again, better than average hotel. November 28, 2015

Guest services nor management did anything about it and told me I just needed to call the cops. So I did. Terrible Hotel!! November 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Hotel Stay Stayed three nights and every morning my room was clean and they even organized all our mess! Staff left a note on our night stand. Little details go a long way. Bring your own power extensions though as they have very little outlets. November 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed with the Room The condition of the room was disappointing. Stains on the carpet, the chair, the couch, the ceiling. Bathroom was a bit of a mess as well. The room appeared to be surface clean, for the most part, it's just the feeling you get when you see the stains and whatnot that makes you not really want to sit down on anything. Disappointed. The staff, however, was friendly and provided outstanding service. November 20, 2015
