The CSR's call you by name when you walk through the lobby. That means a lot to be known when you are on the property. I recommend this property when you are in the area. Also the rooms are wonderful.

Everything was great except the beds. They seem very soft and broken down and a room with 2 double beds does not sleep more than 2 people. It was impossible for my husband and I to sleep in the double bed. What happened to rooms with a king or 2 queens? There is no way a couple and say 2 children could sleep in those rooms. The updates to the hotel were very good and the foyer coming into the hotel is beautiful and the front desk personnel were great!! Stanley was great!! I don't think we would ever stay there again because of the beds. We could not wait to get up and go home the next day. This is not being rude, just honest.

Room very comfortable and clean. Clean being the key word. So many of the hotels in Pigeon Forge are not clean.

What a great place to have stayed during my vacation for my 25th Anniversary of being married to a wonderful man. Not only did we enjoy the area, was close to all attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gattlinberg, but the comfort and quiet of the Holday Inn. Myself and my husband both agree that if we vacation in Pigeon Forge, we will again stay at Holiday Inn.

Enjoyable night in a great property. Pigeon Forge is awesome to visit, and this property is a great place to rest at night. They really make priority members feel welcome upon arrival, and are very friendly. Thanks for a great stay on my way to Charlotte, NC.

The room smelled like smoke. I know that the area had gone smoke free the first of the year but the smoke smell must have been in the carpet or in the curtians. The Desk staff states the rooms were remodeled but did not look like it. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in the same town and it was nicer and friendlier. At least they gave breakfast in the morning. The girl at the front desk was not very friendly.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge because the people there are so nice and they make you feel welcome. The rooms are always very CLEAN!! I am very picky, so that means alot. The only thing is that the tub was a little out dated but nothing wrong with it. The pool is salt water pool. So it is much softer on the hair. :) Over all this is a nice hotel to stay at.

My family enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 2 nights until our son got really sick and we had to cut our trip short. The staff was very understanding and helpful and even refunded the last night that we didn't get to stay.

Enjoyed my visit here during an 'off' week for tourism. Staff offered same great service as though they were completely booked. Meals were fresh and served quickly. One small glitch with my room heater was attended to promptly. Looking forward to my next stay here!

Enjoyed my stay very much, but Sat. morning had a long wait to get seated for the breakfast buffet. Food was good, however, and the buffet luncheon on Sun. was excellent. At times the conference room was too hot, then too cold, but such is life. Staff was very quick to refund $3 to me that vending machine did not dispense after I inserted a $5 bill. I got 3 quarters but not the $3 owed. I appreciated the prompt refund. Maid did not set outside the room service dirty dishes on my first morning. I had to call later to have them picked up. Nice facility, Thank you very much.

The staff was proficient and worked hard to ensure all guests were accomodated quickly and efficiently. That was a task, as many, many guests arrived at the same time.

overpriced, no free breakfast, overpriced restuarant, limited times of service for resuarant and room service. pool was nice.
I will not use this hotel again. Or the chain if I can heip it.

It was a real disappointment for a Holiday Inn. In fact we thought of leaving and going somewhere else to complete our stay in Pigeon Forge area.

The Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge afforded us a very good location for both shopping and access to Gatlinburg. Our kids loved it. Would definitely reccomend to anyone. Great Value.....

The entire staff made us all feel like we were staying in our own home. It was so nice to come back and relax by the fireplace and talk to everyone. We looked forward to having breakfast there, again because we felt special and like we were home with family. Food was good too. The night time staff at the desk,f was incredable., also the morning waitress who we got to know, was wonderful. We can't really say enough about everyone. We usually do not stay at a Holiday Innbecause of a bad experiance, but this was beyond being PERFECT IN EVERY WAY.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. There was a little maintenance issue. The tub had a big repair spot on it and the bathroom door looked like the bottom was rotten.

Beds were a little uncomfortable; but I'm use to tempurpedic mattress. Otherwise staff was very accommodating and friendly. Kids were able to eat free breakfast; but adults had to pay. Restaurant waitress/hostess very friendly. Pool was very nice and warm.

ME AND MY FAMILY STAYE IN FROM 11/23/12 UNTIL 11/28/12 AND I HAVE GOT TO SAY THAT MY STAY WAS WONDERFUL, WE HAD THE FAMILY SUITE AND IS WAS JUST WONDERFUL, ROOM WAS BIG, KING BED GREAT AND BREAKFAST EACH MORNING WAS WONDERFUL! I WOULD SAY THAT EACH TIME I GO TO THE MOUNTAINS THIS IS WERE ME AND MY FAMILY WILL BE STAYING AT! GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful and very knowledgable about the area. We were very disappointed in the size of the double rooms.... the beds were full beds rather than queesn which made it difficult for my husband and I to get a good nights sleep since he is 6'5..... the full was even a bit to small for our 2 5 year olds to share. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the pool.

This visit was like others to this facility. Clean rooms and effecient front desk. Room was ready and bag of "goodies" were ready when we arrived, since I am a priority club member. I do wish this place had a breakfast instead of an in house restaurant. Clean, no hassle stay, thats what I want.

Sleeping, lounging area was nice. Electric covers were missing or broken exposing wires. Also in bathroom, several tiles where either broken or missing. Vanity in bathroom appeared to have been chewed on by a small dog. Also coffee supplies need to be changed out after every guest whether it is used or not, several layers of dust & soap residue was on coffee maker & supplies.

We could only get away for the weekend and we were so glad we chose this hotel. We had stayed there before and they still knock our socks off. The room was clean, quiet and comfy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable of the area, helpful and wonderfully attentive to our needs. As super busy as the rest of the town was during our visit, the hotel itself was calm and peaceful. It almost seemed like we were the only people staying there. The pool was lovely. We would highly recommend this place and will stay there again in the future!

However the desk folks left a lot to be desired even though we had a reservation, check in was not pleasant. They were not very nice and were argumentative about the rate we had been quoted,until finally I ask to speak to the manager. The manager was then able to figure it out and make it right.
