Our room was straightened out pretty well everyday but our bathroom floor apparently was not wet mopped because it was sticky for the duration of our stay and probably partially my fault for not reporting it to housekeeping. Staff was very friendly. Morning breakfast buffet was very good. The restaurant closed too early for dinner. Only complaint is: I called for a wake up call for the morning that we were checking out and they failed to send it to me. I had, however, set my phone alarm as a backup. Thank God, otherwise we would have awakened late. April 21, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LE Overall experience was great. Building and amenities need to be updated. This is the only Holiday Inn that I have stayed at that did not have comfortable beds and you could tell the age of the property by the interior. Doors were peeling and the tubs had build up dirt in them. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was great, just needed more staff to help the dining area. I suggest napkins instead of cloth napkins after I saw a man blow his nose in one. I just wish it was updated like the rest of the hotels especially when you are paying that price. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet sleep back from the traffic I was really pleased with the quiet this location provided by sitting back off the main Parkway. It's location is very much in the active area of town but still remains relaxing. Interior common areas and pool were very nice. Staff were all polite and helpful. Our guest room looked a bit worn and dated. Hopefully some renovations are in the works to stay up with the times. April 9, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 worst experience in a hotel. My bother-in-law booked my hotel with his points. When we first got there to check in there were two ladies at the desk and only one checking in people so there was a few people waiting in line. My first impression was great with the looks of the lobby. Our room was not ready which was fine. She said she would call us when it was ready, so we went to have lunch and then around town for a bit, after 3 hours still no call we went back and it was ready. When we got to bed that night, the bed was hard as a rock. It was so uncomfortable my husband and I got hardly in sleep. When we got up to leave a day later, we went out to our car that was parked in front of the door and it was broken into. As we were waiting on the police a few other people came over to tell us and wait on the police that there cars were broken into as well. And wouldn't you know, No Sercurity Camera's. Really!!! The total trip was a disaster we will never stay there again. April 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay I stayed 8 days in this hotel. I had a king room which had a sleeper sofa and coffee table which was very nice to eat at as I used room service quite often. Food was very good and had a good variety. Bathroom is small even for one person and there were some minor cosmetic touchups that needed to be done (like scrapes on door facing, tub wall repairs that were obvious). Overall it was a great stay and I definitely would stay again. Very close to restaurants and things to do. Trolley stop at corner of lot so real convenient. April 4, 2015
