Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dissappointed. I have stayed at the location for the past 4 years. Sadly enough management did not take my advice in regards to adding a thin small buffer to the door jams. All of the room doors slam and evening my room door rattled every time a nearby door closed. Please fix this issue. Staff was very nice. I would like to note my room (121) is not in a good location due to housekeeping staff being loud later in the day and some inappropriate convo's occurring. I will give this hotel one more chance this upcoming Spring to see if they will fix/pad this door rattling issue. There is more than enough room to fix and have the handle mechanism still work. I've stayed in the "Presidential Suite" prior (upgraded 2 yrs ago) but have yet to receive an upgrade to my room since. Staff keep up the good work! October 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mostly Good The service was AMAZING but the food is on the poor quality side. Most of the items were undercooked. Something must be going on because it's usually always pretty good. Putting that aside the staff in the sales office are GREAT, 10 Stars to Sue, Stacy & Kelli for being so attentive, professional and easy to work with. Anci & Jose from the banquet staff is #1 for banquet/meeting service. The other gentlemen Maurice I believe is his name was a bit on the rude side. There was a large group at the bar and the female bartender was loud and obnoxious, she was louder than the group. I was glad that my room was far from that area. I was disappointed that the bar/restuarant for closed for lunch. It's a hotel shouldn't everything be open all the time? I'm sure they lose a lot of revenue that way, but I made do. October 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Room size I use a wheel chair. Room could have been a little larger. It was a bit uneasy to maneuver and I had to push desk chair around to move around. Space between end of bed and wall furniture was a bit narrow. Hotel only has two special needs rooms. Not enough for size of the hotel in my opinion. Otherwise all was perfect. October 1, 2015
