Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NIIIICCCCEEEE!!!!! Wasn't expecting much as I hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised from the time I walked in until the time I left. The staff here is awesome and well managed and I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Long Island. October 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed stay.Guest services poor. Reservation made months in advance. My room was at the farthest point from lobby. First day the door from parking lot wouldn't open with room card(fixed later that day).Room didn't have sofa chair just a desk chair. Called guest services and requested one (saw every room I passed having one).I was told they would have staff get me one. I called back 2 hours later and was told they had no record of me calling for a sofa chair! I was told the chairs were randomly assigned and since they were 100% booked , I was out of luck. Food and service was poor in the breakfast and lunch dining area. I was served an ice tea without ICE! Saturday breakfast our group (7) waited 15 minutes without menus. We stopped a server to say how long we were waiting and were told "we're very busy". We left! I will avoid Holiday Inns in the future. October 21, 2014

However, because of the layout of the hotel, you can hear every sound that goes on in the hallway (doors, people, etc.). October 21, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was nice, staff wasn't I booked for 3 nights, but had to check out before the second night stay, du e to a family emegency. I had to pack, and head to LaGuardia for a flight home. I told M. at the front desk my dilemma when I got there at 4:45 PM. She said I could cancel and check out. When I brought my bags down, my bill showed she charged me for a second night. When I asked about this, she said she had no choice because housekeeping had gone home for the day. She went back to giving a guest directions. I understand rules are rules, but M. was very dismissive of me. Also, does housekeeping really go home that early? It was NOT a pleasant stay. The entire staff was always kind and efficient in their duties. You are the first hotel we think of when travelling the East Coast. Thank you for another flawless vacation stay. October 20, 2014
