I cannot say enought about the hotel, it is very clean, the staff goes out of their way to serve you on whatever you may need.
The location is great on Long Island, and not far from NYC.
They just updated the rooms here and you will have a great stay at this hotel!
Francisco, the front end Supervisor, makes sure you have anything and everything you need, "attention to detail"
I recomend this hotel to all.

This hotel is a good value for the area, but the windows in all of the rooms face into the hallway instead of outside kind of a like a motel and it's extremely disorienting and dark in the morning because if you leave the curtains open to try to get natural light, anyone walking past can see into your room. Overall, everything else is fine, but I'd only recommend this hotel if you don't mind being in the dark all hours of the day.

This hotel was great! Easy access in and out. Nice people and excellent service. The food at the restaurant was just perfect.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Temp in room was hard to control; told at check-in that breakfast ended at 11:00 and upon arrival at 10:40 most items removed. Girl on duty said breakfast ended at 10:30. Mildly annoying. We did get sufficent to eat however and coffee was hot and plentiful.
Was not acknowleded as a Platinum member and not offered an amenities package. One of two rooms requested however had been upgraded which was appreciated.
Business center printer was out of paper.
Overall a reasonable visit and would visit again and recommend to others. Great location.

Newly remodeled rooms and common areas, staff was excellent, check in/check out was easy and fast.

New York price without New York panache. Staff put a group of very loud partyers next to me, despite the fact that the hotel could not have been more than 40% full. Also, my room had a window direct to the hallway, so anyone passing by could look in unless the heavy drapes were completely closed. Room was very small and cramped. I am a platinum IHG rewards member and have come to expect much more from Holiday Inn over the years.
