Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick attentive service. To start with the front desk processed our check-in for 3 people in different rooms at the same time. Very impressive. The rooms were a good size and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service very quick. The view over Plymouth was amazing from the restaurant. A very enjoyable stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Usual high standard As a frequent quest of this hotel, the only criticism I have is with the car park which tends to fill with gym users and can be difficult to find spaces during daytime and late afternoon. On my recent stay, the internet was slow to the point of being unusable that said the central location means that there is plenty to do and see outside of the quest rooms! December 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value and excellent service Stayed for one night whilst attending a concert at the Pavillions. Ideal location for Plymouth Hoe, shopping, Pavillions and Theatre royal. Rooms are slightly dated but very clean and roomy. Restaurant was good and not too pricey for an evening meal. Service was excellent in all areas of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. It ticks all the boxes for a visit to Plymouth including inexpensive city centre parking. December 17, 2014

The food was excellent and although a Company Party was being held in the hotel, I was not affected in any way by noise or lack of service. December 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room in excellent location. We are frequent users of this hotel and it has undergone a noticeable upgrade to communal services recently. Breakfast superb with excellent choice. Car park a nightmare for any large car - but nothing the hotel could really do about this. Upgrade as Priority Platinum Elite user was excellent, nice to have a complimentary drink but churlish to limit this welcome to one guest rather than up to 2! Will be back next month.
