Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by uncomfortable room and poor music I stay for business reasons and have to work in the room. The placement of the work desk is in front of the temperature unit. In summer it blasts cold air, in winter it blasts hot air. My paper on the desk blow off the desk and it is uncomfortable to sit at the desk because the air blows directly on me. I had to reposition the desk last stay. Also the noise level of the fan is annoying - awake or when trying to sleep. Also the temperature is one extreme to the other. Pay per movie selection in room poor. Music played at breakfast, during the day in the bar and at the pool is not relaxing or ambient. Personnel are great. January 29, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Now that`s what I called renovated Hadn`t been there in years, wow what a complete makeover. Rooms are absolutely beautiful, modern decor. Staff as pleasant as I remember. Total refresh of lobby and restaurant, seems like a high end Hotel. Nicest Holiday Inn I`ve ever seen. Dinner was a really pleasant surprise for a Holiday Inn, menu redone as well. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by team tournament When checking in rooms were spread out when we were told they were on the same floor. I booked a double queen with sofa and when checking in they wanted me to take a king with sofa. I needed to beds which is why I booked that way the sofa was not a big deal nice to have people in the room but not need for sleeping. I did end up with the double with no sofa but staff was reluctante to supply what was booked. The only other thing is that it would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom as you can see mould spots starting on the ceiling. The gentle man I spoke with in the breakfast bar was very friendly and nice and the main lobby is very nice. I you stay double check room and confirm team locations. December 7, 2012

I've never slept in such a comfortable bed in a hotel. I slept very well. Also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the omelette bar. Relaxed in the hot tub and great pool too. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean but lacking in many ways I was given a room on the 12th floor. When I arrived in the room, it was not made up and there were towels all over the floor. I returned to the front desk and was given a room on the second floor. I was not told that the air conditioner unit for the whole building was outside of my window. It came on in the night and scared me half to death. The food in the restaurant was good but very pricey. The hotel was the selected stay for our high school's 50th reunion but there was no mention of the reunion or welcome sign in the lobby. As the hotel had a special price for the reunion it would have been nice to have a sign welcoming us in the lobby. October 15, 2012
